Customer satisfaction is all about setting expectations. If youre looking for expensive "artisan" donuts in a curious, uncommon atmosphere, then this place is for you. On the other hand, if you just want to grab a quick dozen for the guys back at the office, this place will run you close to $40. Yeah, ouch. Needless to say, being asked to fork over nearly 5 times more than anywhere else Ive ever bought doughnuts was a pretty bad experience. Still, Im giving 3 stars because the staff were nice about it when I balked, and because it wouldnt be fair to go negative when at least part of the bad experience was my own ignorance. Buyer beware, right? However, I feel that the purveyor bears responsibility to inform their unsuspecting clientele before dropping the bomb. It would have been nice if they had had the presence of mind to warn me when I ordered with a disclaimer that "the traditional dozen" wasnt their typical use case and it could get pretty expensive. It would have been nice to have been let down gently. A little more self awareness on their part would have set the expectation up front and led to 5 star customer service.

Catered for baby shower- They were the talk of the party! I have a few family members who have egg allergies and have not been able to eat doughnuts. I found these guys on Google and sent them a message to see if they can make enough for a baby shower since they dont use eggs in their doughnuts. Jessica responded fast and was able to place my order quickly. I went to pick up the doughnuts the morning of the shower and got to check out their shop. They are right down town in a great location- super urban and chic. Loved it! My order was ready to go as soon as I got up to the counter, and they helped load them into the car. I didnt get to taste the doughnuts until the party, and they were AMAZING! I have never had a more delicious savory treat!! I got the Triple Berry, Smores, Chocolate, Maple, Cinnamon, Vanilla Glazed, and Cookies n Cream doughnuts. Everyone LOVED the them all! The top 3 hits were the Triple Berry, Smores, and the Cookies n Cream. They are the best doughnuts I have ever had, and I will 100% use them again for my next function. They were so kind and polite, great group of people! Thank You!!!!!

Best Doghnuts ever Vegan or not! will destroy Banbury cross or Krispy Kreme! sure a bit more than a crappy 7 11 doughnut but itll leave you satisfied and not a tummy ache real ingredients matter! these high quality doughnuts are extremely delicious the apple fritter is the best thing on the planet theres actually an apple glaze so sweet and tangy drizzled in it. no artificial colors or flavors and NO CONFECTIONERS GLAZE!! (lac beetle excrement)

Lovely staff, delicious (!) doughnuts. I have no idea how they make these doughnuts, but if I didnt know these were vegan I wouldve thought they were "regular" doughnuts. Absolutely delicious, even for me who usually isnt a fan of sugary doughnuts. Their cold brew is also worth a shot, and if you get a tea, maybe try some of their bee-free vegan honey!

A VEGAN donut shop - HEAVEN! Since we have family members with food allergies, finding vegan treats is hard. Finding treats that taste good is even harder. This place totally hit the mark! The donuts were outstanding and the shop is housed in a quaint little storefront. Great stop for a quick snack.

I have gone with since I no longer can have dairy products, until now!! I believe this is the only place you can get vegan doughnuts from. They have very unique flavors that you cant find anywhere else, vegan or not. Orange Cardamom is one of my favorites.

Honestly, this is a good donut! However, I have a really hard time paying almost three bucks for a donut. I understand other high end cities have these pricey donuts, but its Salt Lake. I think it would appeal to more if the price point wasnt so high. :)

These vegan doughnuts are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a very nice, clean, and pleasant place to sit and eat a couple doughnuts and drink some coffee. The doughnuts arent too sweet. I highly recommend the boston cream.

Little donuts there are the ideal size!! Im not vegan but love the donuts here. Unique flavors that actually taste like what they say they will. Lavender lemon has a huge lavender punch, which is so rare and totally awesome.
