Sometimes it feels hard to find sweets that are actually not too sweet. This place just gets the amount of sugar they use right. Their macarons are not too sweet and therefore you can still taste they actual flavor really well. In fact, a lot of their flavors are very unique and leave an explosion of tastes and flavors in your mouth. In addition to their outstanding macarons, they also sell little cakes. They are also really tasty, look great and are again not too sweet. It also feels that they use a lot of natural flavors and go light with anything artificial - that really makes a difference. The store is tiny but you get a view in their bakery where the magic happens. The owner is super friendly and takes time to explain everything well. When you are a new customer, you even get one macaron for free to try. Really love this place!

I dont think Ive been let down by anything Ive tried here, and Im quite the regular. I actually get -addicted- to their baked goods that I crave their warm buttery croissants all the time! I cant remember her name but shes the tall lady with blonde/brown hair, she is so nice, she knows I like my croissant, and Cuban meat pies toasted so she just gladly does it everytime I swing by to get some. And anytime I have my dog with me she makes sure she sends some dog treats out for him! Also, All of their mini cakes& cheesecakes are so artfully crafted, along with the amazing macaroons&icecream macabons.

You get a free macaroon your first visit. I have not found any macaroon this delicious or authentic since I was in france. The pastries are delicious and also a quality which I have not found since my trip to france. Amazing must try! This is also the cheapest place for macaroons I have found. I was pleasantly surprised at the price being less and the quality being greater than other stores. It is also worth noting that the owner is keeping an eye on reviews to make sure customers are satisfied and responding to customers about their experiences. This is the kind of business that I love!

Fillings & Emulsions is everything I ever wanted in a dessert shop. The first time I went in I was chatting with the employees and they offered me a free macaroon because it was my first visit. The macaroon was perfect and I then bought one of everything they had on their shelves. The beautiful cheesecakes, lemon tarts, macaroons and my personal favorite...the Macabon! A large macaroon cookie filled with creamy gelato. They sell fast so make sure you follow them on instagram so you know when they make more and you can be first in line!

Came in for a treat on a Friday morning. Pricey and no real dining area, and a sense that they are pretty busy, but overall no complaints. The macaroon was amazing- Im not a fan of macaroons generally but this was my favourite of all the ones Ive tried in the area. The pastry I tried was also amazing. Great taste and texture, and no sick feeling after like I can sometimes get from sweets.

Im happy today! Everyone needs some love! Great pastries a mixed of his Latin flavors high end quality bakery. Can find sweets and savory flavors. Besides their pastries, I enjoyed their croissants and Cuban pastries. Fridays they have spdcial breads. My baguete worked great for sandwiches.They also cater for events wedding etc. Ask for Adalberto, he is very nice guy.

Amazing pastries! Fillings & Emulsions just moved to a new location that is slick and clean and, as I said, has amazing amazing pastries. Love anything that resembles a croissant? You have to try their kouign amann. Is sweet and tangy more your style? Try one of the scones. And the macaroons are lovely. Great texture and density and theyve got plenty of flavors.

Believe me when I say this is hands down the best place to buy macarons in Utah. Ive had macarons from Pierre Hermes and Ladurée, and I can say without a doubt the owner, Adalberto, rivals them. His macarons dont just have fillings. His fillings have fillings! I also recommend the Mac-A-Bons, an gelato-filled macaron cookie sandwich.

This is my favorite bakery in all of Salt Lake City! They have a great selection of sweet and savory pastries! To top it off they also make some pretty good espresso drinks too! Fillings and Emulsions is my favorite place to stop after a long bike ride! Try their almond croissant.

Everything has been amazing! My favorite is the chocolate cheese cake. Its so hard to pick one sweet treat. Everything looks like art its so beautiful. Its hard to find a place when you walk in & its like seeing family...your family there.
