Service is terrible. Just embarrassing. My wife and I purchased a Groupon, worth $25.00 worth of food at NY Pizza Patrol. We have had absolutely wonderful experiences associated with all of our Groupon purchases, up until today. We had called our order in 20 minutes prior to pickup, talked to a representative from NY Pizza Patrol, and the representative had mentioned we could use the Groupon towards their family meal deal. Great! It came with 2 pizzas, garlic knots, and a dessert. Sounds like a great deal. We were pumped. My wife goes to pick up the food, then resulting in a representative telling us they dont accept the Groupon towards family deals. He wants to charge us $40 plus dollars to get our food. I get on the phone with said representative, I tell him this is absolutely unprofessionally unacceptable. He tells me he is a new manager, and that he cant be giving out these type of deals, regardless of the previous employee telling me the exact opposite. After 10 minutes of argument, he seems to give in and gives my wife the phone and walks away, later noticing he actually still billed us $5 more dollars than previously agreed upon... Whatever, no big deal, lets be done with this situation, and just erase it from our memory. Come to find out, they shorted us, completely, a large signature pizza. Then, resulting in myself calling back flabbergasted at the situation. The representative admits fault, and begins to tell me that people make mistakes. I say understandable, please just refund me the money for the missed pie. She says its actually against their "code" to refund back anything within $10.00. She says its just not worth it to the people that made the pizza to have to refund the money back, whatever that means. I still dont know. Long story short, I never got a refund, and have wasted valuable time arguing with someone who should have just eaten the cost difference. Buyers beware!

About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I decided to order take out from New York Pizza Patrol. We had just moved to the area, and were scouting out local eateries that might be good. We ordered over the phone, and had a medium (12 inch diameter) chicken club pizza (Mozzarella cheese with chicken, smoked bacon and diced tomatoes then drizzled with ranch dressing), and a side of fried zucchini. In total, this came to roughly 16 dollars. Thats a little more than we would usually spend, but we withheld our judgment until we tasted it. Who knew, it might be really good, right? I went to pick up the pizza about 20 minutes later. Despite being busy that night, the customer service was excellent. No complaints there). When we saw the pizza, we were underwhelmed with how many toppings there were. The Mozzarella cheese didnt go far enough to the edge of the pie, and the chicken and other toppings were sparse. That being said, the pizza, the sauce in particular, was pretty good. We were just expecting a bit more considering the price. We were also underwhelmed with the fried zucchini (which cost 4 dollars) and only came with 7 or 8 slices of about 3/4 of an inch thick each. It was ok, but Ive had better fried zucchini (shivers on 3300 S has better fried zucchini for much cheaper, but its too darn far!) In conclusion, the food here is pretty good, but they just dont give you enough of it. If they did, we would probably go back. But instead, we will be seeking our pizza elsewhere.

Customer service was awful! We went in for lunch yesterday and were completely disgusted with how the workers conducted themselves. We walk in and the hostess is sitting down at a table playing on her phone she then proceeds to sit us down next to the owners (I presume). The entire place was empty however they still parked us right next to them. Our waitress only made it around to our table once during the time we were there to check on us... The rest of the time her, and the other two waitresses were sitting at a table playing on there phones. One waitress even went so far as to kick her feet up on another chair and get all relaxed. I understand that they were slow, but how unprofessional is that! The super lazy waitress then came over and plopped herself down by the owners and started complaining about pay and how she doesnt want the managers responsibilities. I am giving 2 stars because the pizza was amazing! So props to the chef! But customer care was terrible. Its a shame that such poor quality service is allowed because they do make an awesome pizza! If you want good pizza, just call it!

On October the 26th I ordered a pizza from New York Pizza patrol they came up closest on my Verizon maps never tried before but thought it might be OK. I ordered a large chicken club pie about 45 minutes later I got a 14 inch pizza that cost $20 and change, I gave the delivery boy 25 bucks. set the table, opened the box, took a bite, yuck, the nastiest thing Ive ever tasted, fish, or some kind of thing with anchovies. so I called the store and told them that they delivered the wrong pizza, they agreed and told me they would have 1 over as soon as it was done at least another 45 minute goes by and the driver shows up with the right pizza I give him his fish pizza back and he gives me my chicken club pie so after almost 2 hours I get the right pizza. then the driver gives me two dollars back for my inconvenience. thanks for the insult. I am definitely not a repeat customer no way was the pie worth $20 and almost a 2 hour wait . And then insult me by giving me two dollars back. In my opinion they dont want a repeat customers.

My family and I have been here FOUR (4) times and EVERY single time weve had lousy service. On three seperate occassions the server forgot to put our order in the computer. After we waited for nearly 40 minutes we asked.. whats going on? The reply... Ooops! Ill get that ordered as soon as possible. Heres a free order of garlic twists. This last time we tried it (the fourth and FINAL visit) the server apologized for forgetting to place our order and insisted it would be right out. When we finally got our pizza it was the WRONG pizza (we ordered pepperoni and got cheese.. NOT a difficult order)!! I understand that mistakes happen but weve tried this place at random times of day (not always busy dinner hours) and weve had different servers every time. The bald headed manager (owner..?) should really train his staff to be more efficient. As for my family and I, garlic twists and poor service simply dont make up for good pizza. We wont be visiting this establishment again.

A while ago I wrote a review of this restaurant talking about my experience and issues that I had. Today my opinion of this company has completely shifted. We where contacted and the owner bill did everything he could to make fix the situation. It is great to see a company ready to do everything in its power to make things right with the customer. The exceptional level of customer service we received makes me ready to go back to being a loyal customer. Over all I have to say that this is a restaurant worth supporting but by far the best thing about this restaurant is its owner bill who contacted use personally to make sure we were taken care of and and showed that he truly cares about giving his customers a exceptional experience.
