The pizza here is one of the best in Utah County. But the owner/operator of this store is not customer friendly. I decided I wont eat here anymore after the last incident involving the CityDeals fallout. As a business, you made a promise to a customer by offering the coupon/deal. If you have a problem with CityDeals, dont take it out on the customer. Honor your coupon and fight CityDeals. Pier49 in AF has never been very customer oriented, and this just proves it. They made the deal with CityDeals. The customer is not at fault, so dont punish us for something we had no control over. I value businesses who value customers. And the Pier49 in American Fork does not value customers.

Went in for pizza tonight. There were about 8 tables occupied when we walked in the rest were covered with items waiting to be bussed. We hesitantly ordered and then found A small area (aka the only semi clean spot) to wait. We waited and waited, one employee was running around trying to figure out whos order went where while another disappeared, and the other wiped off a table a customer bussed herself and the also disappeared. After 40 minutes waiting, we went and got a refund. While waiting in line for the refund, customers start bussing and cleaning tables!?!? I wont be going back no matter how good the pizza may be!

Just dropped $40 to get a pizza that was supposed to be here in 45 minutes and took 1 hr 10 minutes. The pizza tastes like the ones you buy at Walmart for $4.99, yet we paid $21. I feel like I got totally ripped off and will never order from this place again. Worst pizza place ever, I can make better pizza from scratch and for a heck of a lot cheaper.

Use to order from this place and they would deliver to my house on Traverse Mountain. I typically ordered 3 of there large pizzas and spent over $50 an order, plus always tipped the driver well. Today they refused the order. Lost a long time dine in and delivery customer today.

Service was extremely slow, and poor. They messed up and had to remake our order and after an hour they still gave us the wrong pizza.So 30$ down the drain and lesson learned. Wouldnt recommend it unless you just want pizza thats slightly better than Pizza Hut.

Great pizza! But man these guys need to pick up the pace!! Last two times Ive been here I have waited way longer than I should have, one time they forgot about one of my pizzas too. Pick up the pace, and Ill come more often

This place is a little bit pricy for sure, but the crust is really pretty tasty. There is quite a variety of toppings and sauces and we really enjoyed what we ordered. The all you can eat lunch is a pretty good value.

Pier 49 is good pizza. I have ate there a couple of times and it was good. The service is fine and the prices seem a little higher than normal for a pizza place. I would go back if I was in the area.

Pizza was great but the price for gluten free crust was ridiculously high. I know, I know, who ever heard of gluten free pizza? But other places do it for much cheaper so it is possible.

I owned a business nearby for a couple of years and ate here regularly, its clean, the pizza is fresh and the ambience is what you have come to expect from a Pier 49. I do recommend.

The pizza is great but this store always looks closed at night because they put up the chairs in the middle seating area. To it they were up an hour and a half before they close.
