Dont ever go to beans & brews in American Fork. So i go to get my sister drink cause they messed up on hers. And i tell them hang on i have another order but i gotta call my wife and see what she wants, then the guy leands out of the window and is all like "k do you really have another order or not" and Im like "yes but i gotta call my wife to see what she wants" then the guy slames the window on my face and walks off" so i then pull back around and another guy takes my order and after words i ask to speak with a manager. He then states "she got fired a week ago" and i say "so whos running this place" he says "no one" comes to find out it was witch looked like a teenager standing behind the guy i was speaking to. I will not recommend going to this beans & brews to anyone.

Reality Check
I ordered a large dirty chai tea. I was charged for a large and given a medium and I didnt realize it until I drove off. I called since I was already on the interstate headed to my next delivery. I told the girl I am working and I cant come back now. But I would be back in the area on Monday. She said she would leave a note that they messed up but couldnt guarantee they would fix it becuase she isnt a manager. They are nice and good flavor drinks but overpriced and especially when you are charged for a bigger size then you get. Go to Starbucks better service all the way around.

I know two stars seem very low and I have to preface it by saying the people working there were very nice but the coffee itself was not good. I am not from utah but have been trying local coffee around the northwest and can say even my simple americano did not taste good. Being a barista of 4 years I would say the shots may be off timed as mine tastes very watered down and my girlfriends taste burnt. If they correct that then it may be much better.

I dont have an opinion about the products coffee shops have ( I get the same drink everywhere I go), but I do have an opinion on beans and brews environment. They have a "local" vibe, opposed to a corporate vibe, and that is why I choose to go here.

Beans & Brews is a great local alternative to the national coffee shops. Their Hot Brew is great, and the cappuccino was also fantastic. My daughter loved her mango smoothie. Friendly baristas, good Wi-Fi, and clean seating area.

A great place for new exmormons to learn about the wonderful world of coffee. Friendly staff did their best not to giggle when a 31 year old man asked the simplest questions. The Hot Mr Bs is proof that the Word of Wisdom is a lie.

Well first off I love the menu. My only problem is half the time I can expect my coffee to taste burnt. I give it 3 stars because its close to my house. And lets be honest burnt coffee is better then no coffee.

I love beans and brews. The mocha actually tastes like chocolate unlike the Starbucks mocha that has a maple taste. Super fast service and excellent people. I come here several times a week.
