Will someone please tell whomever owns this franchise location to just completely fire all staff and start all over again. Before I write bad reviews I usually give a place at least three or four shots so after four different times this beans and brew get every single order incorrect in someway shape or form or in some cases you get someone elses order. Just simply avoid it because its apparent that they cannot get simple coffee correct.

Staff seemed completely clueless. Couldnt answer simple questions and messed up my order. Ordered 2 of their sandwiches and a smoothie. The smoothie is just smoothie syrup blended with ice. Its gross and super sweet. The sandwiches are premade and just warmed up. Youd get a better sandwich from a gas station. Will never be back.

Staff is often unfamiliar with how-to make common coffee and tea drinks. Need more training. Being a fan and frequent visitor to other Beans & Brews I can confidently say this is a bad representation of the brand. Visit a different franchise. Skip this one.

I asked if their donuts are good, workers response was "Oh yeah sooo good". Was mushy, freezing cold, and over priced. Id rather have little debbies and instant coffee.

I ordered a coffee cake and a frappe. The coffee cake was the best coffee cake I have EVER had. No joke. Service was great. I was honestly impressed by Beans & Brews.

Coffee is alright, but all of the servers there seem to have a permanent frown on their faces. Ill drive the extra few minutes to get to Starbucks, thanks!
