I was particularly impressed with Amber in the Delta Termial downstairs by baggage. This was in November I believe. She was by herself and multi-tasking all with a smile, & apologies for the delay (there was barely any wait). She sweetly chuckled because my husband was gesturing from far away and I had not seen him. Amber was a breath of fresh air during these crazy times and I have been planning to write this since I walked away from her....better late than never! Thank you Amber!

Always stop here while in SLC and I always am left asking myself why I waisted my time yet again. Slow Service, unprofessional workers on their cell phones, having side conversations about their personal lives, and they mess up orders. But of course you dont know your very much desired and needed coffee at 4am is a HOT CHOCOLATE till you have already walked to your terminal and dont have time to return and get your correct drink!

My iced coffee was good and when I actually finally got served. The employees were eating, watching video clips on a smartphone, and generally not paying attention to the folks entering the queue. Ive seen this kind of behavior early in the mornings at more remote locations, but not at one inside an airport.

This location is much more convenient for arrivals than departures due to morning crowds. Early morning try the downstairs baggage area location instead, then take the nearby elevator. Agree with other reviewers that youre more likely to get the correct drink if you keep it very simple.

I asked for a cinnamon dolce latte with only two pumps, and not too hot. They gave me an extra hot latte with four pumps of syrup. The guys working there should pay more attention to customers and worry less about trying to flirt.

This location really disappoints; Ive had drink-after-drink messed up here and they love to give you foam instead of product (even when you say no foam). Its the airport though, so youre captive :(

If you get a drink with steamed milk, make sure you ask for it with NO foam. Otherwise, you basically get half a drink.
