Dirty, disorganized, and inconsistent. This Starbucks is always dirty, with floor stains, full garbage cans, and spills all over. The staff clearly doesnt know who is doing what and constantly is bickering over who is supposed to be making sandwiches or pick any job that theyre not doing at the moment. Its an organizational mess with unclear roles and unhappy employees who dont like each other. The common denominator seems to the management. Theyre too inexperienced to know theyre not doing well and blame the complaints on the customers. Their victim mentality just makes their staff as bitter and pessimistic as they are and its clear if you watch the staff interact. It looks like theres a lot of turnover as well since every other time I went I had to explain to the barista what something means. Even as simple as what it means to leave room in the coffee. Beyond that, the coffee is inconsistent. Some days too strong, some days its mostly water. They nearly always forget one or more part of your order or mix yours up with someone elses or run out of something they said they had when you ordered. Starbucks Corporate would flip out if they saw this location.

I love Starbucks, but this visit was...odd. Ordered three drinks, paid with a debit card, card cleared, sat down to wait. Barista walks out to me and says "you still owe me 2.60". I go back to the register where she tells me my card balance is zero, so I owe her the money. Confused, I tell her I paid with a debit card, so it would either run for the full amount or decline. She persists, I ask for a refund, at which point she offers to cover the difference. Should have done that before you came and announced to the store that I owed you 2.60 :/ A disappointment compared to Starbucks usual stellar service.

Service is a little slow and the quality of product is not very consistent. I drive out of my way to a different store just to receive same quality. When I informed manager of quality issue, she was rude and seemed to careless brushing the remark off with a standard, "we are very busy and go as fast as we can the best we can." This store is a very busy store and they are quick, but when quality suffers because youre going too fast and more than one customer complains, thats a clue you need to slow down... I heard two other customers complain before I walked out.

They ALWAYS out of things on the menu, and they are not sorry, or even pretend to be disappointed. Instead of pleasant experience after this starbucks visit my daughter screamed from pain and i feel very sorry i drove to this location to grab two coffees and something to snack for my little one.

Ordered latte macchiato, but about 10% of the time the barriers puts syrup. Last seasons drink and off menu, but flustrating since going drive thru I dont know until departure. Otherwise, great location for speedy service and polite staff. Hence only 4 stars.

When in Utah... the coffee is standard Starbucks fare. The one time my order was messed up (regular instead of decaf) the mistake was caught right away, fixed and they gave me a coupon for a free drink next time. Friendly people too!

The line is usually really long /:I like to stop here before work at 630 but it takes too long for the line to move so I miss out until about 10a.m. When I go on a break but other then that its awesome services.

Worst Starbucks in Utah! Everytime I go to this location (because its close to my house) they always seem to mess up my drink. Service its very very slow as well. Any other Starbucks its better than this one!

This location is probably the worst Starbucks I know of. Not once have they ever gotten my drink right. Always serving dead shots, burnt milk, chalky soy, frozen food, and awful service.
