I love Beans and Brews, but today when I went to this location I was disappointed in their employees. It was two young men that were suppose to be working, but instead they were talking to their friend and didnt even acknowledge a customer was waiting to order. I finally ordered my two coffees and waited patiently for them. I waited so long; that I actually walked up to see what happened to my coffee. I found both coffees just sitting on the counter as they talked to their friend. No one called out and said that the coffees were ready or anything! Not to mention they did not even add the whip cream to them either. So I took my coffees (that are no longer mixed together because they were just sitting there for so long) and I left. I will not be going back to this location as its emoyees are very unprofessional and lazy; I am surpirsed that Beans and Brews are having them represent them as they are giving this wonderful company a bad reputation. I would not go here, unless you want very poor customer service.

I have gotten to know the staff at this location very well. At first when I was not sure of what to order they made some suggestions and very politely created a very delicious frozen mocha with a hint of coconut. I can ask for any number of combinations and they always are happy to make it for me. I appreciate the familiarity welcome and spot on detail when I order. The store has WiFi and a bar stools setup toward the rear if you plan to stay a while. There are also booths available but the stores layout is a bit narrow compared to other locations.

They do not have negative stats or that is what this store would get from me. They didnt add the flavor that was ordered and paid for nor did they mix the ice drink. The hot drink was given without a heat sleeve and the extra shots and flavor was absent from this one as well . We could not get a copy of the receipt either. Very poor service .

Back when they used to be in the old location, the staff was awlays helpful and great. Now at their new location the drive thru person couldnt even be bothered to pour the drink into the thermos i had brought. My thermos was clean, the person literally had to just pour it into the container. They refused to do it. The person also had a foul attitude.

I was a died in the wool Starbucks devotee. They got way too pc-ish. I go for coffee to relax, not to support some cocamamy political position fostered by the business brand. Goodbye Starbucks, hello Beans and Brews, no PC here. You guys are great!!!!! Any by the way, the brews are delicious!!!!!

Spent many days playing hacky sack on Beans & Brews lawns in the past. I dont drink coffee but all of my work buddies do and they live coming here. They may a smoothy for me without coffee in it. Great service.

The staff at this location are fantastic. They remember my usual drink(s) and always greet me warmly when I visit. The interior itself, while small, is great for a couple hours of study or conversation.
