The employee at the register seemed annoyed I had children. He acted really rude as I asked if they had any juice for my nine year old and 4 year old. He said all they had was what was in the case. (Lemonade, fancy cola and smart water) I had to ask what was a good choice to order for kids? He then came up with a hot coco and steamer. Later as I was waiting for my three plates at the counter they all came out at different times, I learned as he told another customer whom asked for juice than his juicer was be oken. I had to jump up and down from my seat several times to collect out drinks and food. The menu is hard to read due to the small print, we enjoyed our drinks and food but felt unwanted. My children are well behaved and I am able to take them out to eat all the time. We live in Holladay and hope they can get some of the ordering process/delivery, menu issues and customer service figured out.

Great local coffee (Blue Copper and La Barba) and cafe in Holladay! The staff is great, are clearly well treated, and enjoy working here. The owner Derek is very experienced and knowledgeable. They dont have an exhaustive menu but theres actually more available than initially meets the eye. There is a clear commitment to quality here. They have a handful of vegan options, and during fall and winter they usually have a daily vegan soup. Vegan sorbetto too. (The chocolate sorbetto is rich and amazing.)The space is modern, clean, and efficiently used. The music is always suitable for studying/working. Outdoor seating is also very pleasant. Hours are also awesome for early access and late studying space.

I went on a Saturday morning so thats obviously the most busy time to go. Needless to say, it was really crowded. All the pastries and baked treats looked really good but the menu isnt very helpful. I ordered an acai bowl and the girl behind the counter asked "Do you want our [something] acai bowl or our [something else] bowl?" I wasnt sure because the menu just said "acai bowl". The bowl itself was nothing special. It barely had any granola on it and was pretty bland. I might go back to try some of their pastries but wont order an acai bowl again.

I am new to the are. I went in for the first time over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to see they offered a cortado on their menu. I had to try it right away. It was absolutely amazing and true to its recipe! The texture was just right and the espresso had a magnificent rich flavor! The location is one that encourages passers-by to pop in to the various neighborhood shops. Their décor is clean and bright yet warm and intimate. Very friendly staff...this is now my new coffee joint!

So lovely! I got a 12oz latte with whole milk and it was delicious. They have a light roast espresso bean (which is what I got), decaf espresso, and nitro cold brew. My drink came with a tiny free sugar and spice cookie! It was so good that I had to go back and try another of their baked goods, the Meyer Lemon Tea Cake. It was subtle and not too sweet, perfect with my latte. Its also stunning inside - bright and modern, all grey scale.

Got an iced coffee, asked for a large which was pretty small and charged me i think 2.75 for it (16 oz if i remember correctly) largely overpriced, not to mention it was incredibly watery, did have hazelnut so i got vanilla instead, turns out they just put vanilla flavor powder over the top and charge 1.50 or some ridiculous price for it, and I couldnt even taste it, just an overpriced cup of watered down coffee.

Nice, modern place, some gluten-free options, seating in front of or rear of store, plenty of seating inside. Drip coffee was very good but not excellent (strange, rather pungent aftertaste), oatmeal was tasty with nice texture (steel-cut oats I believe) and lots of berries on top, Parfait... well overpriced.

Delicious light breakfast. Excellent and robust, gourmet coffee. Unique trendy setting. (Note: Give name on your order when its busy, or you may wait around trying to figure out if that is YOUR Vanilla Latte and get your order tepid). Neighborly shared seating is fun. Very friendly staff.

The vibe in this place is amazing! We stopped by for gelato and the staff made us feel like we were family! And the gelato was incredible. If you like chocolate you have to try their chocolate one. I think I made a comment to my husband about how good it was with each bite I took.

They won me over to be a regular. The pastries and gelato are incredible. The tea is great, and the coffee is worth it too. The staff there has always been very nice too. Parking and transportation proximity are good too. This place is just what Holladay needed.

Oh my this place is a slice of heaven! Try the pot de creme, so delicate and rich. Fresh baked goods look professional and delicious. Baristas are very knowledgeable about the beans, where they were roasted and the region they came from. So impressed!!!

Always a good experience, always fresh new items available, everything made in-house, good service. Try the olive tempenade with whipped goat cheese toast! Add on a soft boiled egg. Soups are always tasty. Bread pudding OMG! We eat here often.

Delicious coffee, cool environment in a great location. The only problem is the condescending staff. The fella taking our order was impolite, impatient and condescending. Definitely seems like a place you have to "fit in" to be treated nicely.

Slightly overpriced. Needs more comfortable seating; would be nice if it felt more like a cafe than a warehouse. They do know how to make a coffee (a rarity in the US) but I think they need to use a different bean.

Drip coffee was subpar, iced Americano was horrible. It tasted like the water you run through the machine to clean it. I have no idea how a place like this stays in business there or anywhere.

Cute little cafe out of the way. 3 Cups feels like a small escape from the city, nestled close to the mountains. Staff is great, their coffee is superb, and i couldnt be happier to drop in.

I must be spoiled being a coffee roaster, but this was the oldest and most stale coffee I have ever tasted. Barista was confused from the beginning. Go to a fresh roasted place instead!!

These guys make a nice pour over, and the staff is friendly. Im giving three stars for price (seriously, avocado and bread should not cost that much), and overall experience.

Its pretentious. Its hip. Its clean and modern. The staff is friendly. The coffee is super strong. Dont be phased by the small sizes: 8; 12; 16 oz only. You wont need more.

Reasonably priced, with a feel good atmosphere. There are big booths, but they are always take. Usually by just one person having spread out over the whole table

Relaxed modern coffee shop/kitchen vibe. Food is amazing, coffee is really good. Staff, manager, owner are all very polite and welcoming. WiFi available as well.

I love this place... it can get a little loud but I come here a lot for studying instead of being at home with distractions... always had a great experience!!!
