Always unnecessarily slow. Ive been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. One time it took 10 minutes for an iced tea with matcha powder (no espresso to brew, no milk to steam). There was only one person in front of me in the lobby. Batista made a drink that appeared to be mine and set it on the back counter where it sat for 5 minutes until I finally asked the cashier to check the name on it. Another time I purchased prepackaged sandwich from the case and asked for an ice water. This time I waited 7 minutes - apparently the cashier is not allowed to even get water for customers because there were no customers behind me and she stood at the counter doing nothing for the entire 7 minutes until a barista finally made my iced water. Tonight the worker came around to tell us all the lobby was closed. She was not outright rude (to me) but it was a far cry from a positive customer experience (she did however get into it with another customer who was NOT happy about being told it was time to leave).

As someone who has worked for Starbucks at a different location i understand that things get hectic but this was one of the worst Starbucks experiences Ive had. After ordering a trenta peach green tea sweetened and a venti caramel frappucino through the drive thru we had to wait 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of us before we even pulled up to the window. As we pulled up our drinks werent even ready and they had to remake one that they had messed up. We then waited another 5 minutes for our drinks to be made. Upon receiving our drinks mine was a trenta green tea unsweetened with no peach flavor added and the other was a caramel frappucino with no caramel drizzle on top. I wont be going to this location again anytime soon.

I dont know what Rebino" is talking about I have been coming to this location for 5 years and they have had their ups and downs, but ever since they got a new manager in 2009 things have been going great!! I have been in during the mornings, afternoons, and evening and all the employees are always nice and fun to talk to. Yeah and "Rebino" if you dont like paying $5 a drink then dont go to Starbucks!!! I hate that people complain yet day after day yet they continue to go. Oh and really 20-30 minutes, I have been there when there was a line out the door and got out in 10 minutes. Besides closing at 7 this plae is also great to get work done, with plenty of outlets and free wifi.

Not the ideal place for business meeting in the morning. This place is close to downtown Phoenix and Tempe. Its very convenient for people who needs to go to work in Phoenix and to meet for business purpose. However, the morning rush hour makes this place a bad choice for coffee meeting. I can barely hear our conversation and have to speak really loud, which may annoy other people next to us. The order line can be really really long. The setting of the place is long and narrow, so its hard to walk around. Coffee is as good as it should be, but the rush hour make the services poor.

I over heard the employees here discussing how the managers were having employees work while they were sick, as well as seeing a employee deny service to the homeless(a man with money might I add). I see this as discrimination regardless of theyre living status and believe someone should take action to end this disturbing behavior this Establishment has shown. I intend on reporting this to the corporate office and advise others to stand up to these bullys who run the store so that all paying customers "homeless" or not, might be aloud to use the facility.

They close at 7:00PM..stupid! A great location for meeting clients or friends (right off the 202 on Priest, BUT they have the most inconvenient hours. They close way too early! They kick everyone out at 7:00PM (5:00PM on the weekends) It is such a shame because I have been there with friends (after theyve kicked us out) sitting outside & there are tons of people still walking up to their door between 7pm-8pm only to find out they are closed. This Starbucks doesnt realize how much business they are losing.

Whats the point of ordering ahead if they dont start it till you get there later, and then it takes another 8 min to pour over? And Im literally the only person here. Some mornings they are prepared and actually have coffee brewed, now I constantly find myself having to wait while they make coffee. Come on its coffee- your primary product.

Had to wait a long time for our drinks when we were the only ones waiting. My drink tasted bad and normally I can live with it, but it was terrible. When I told the barista it wasnt good she gave me attitude. When she returned with my new drink she threw my straw on the counter and walked away. Bad customer service.

Perfect spot on a Sunday morning. Staff courteous and accommodating. Drinks done right. Bathrooms clean and well-stocked. Shop and patio were quiet though had a steady stream customers. Ill definitely be back.

Not the best in terms of getting you through the line. One of the slowest locations I have ever been to. Drive thru looks like it flows well, but inside they seem to have a difficult time at the registers.

Lines always too long -- too many office and government workers here at all times of the day. Starbucks doesnt seem interested in addressing the peak hours when lines are longest at this location.

The employees are really friendly and they are always fast when they are making my app order. I havent actually waited in line to order but I really enjoy the service I receive at this location.

Friendly staff and drinks come out as expected. I love the fact I can get purified iced water for free at any Starbucks. Not much seating inside but has a very nice outdoor seating section.

I typically order a venti soy Chai latte but since Phoenix decided to have its first triple digit temperature of 2016, I went with the new Caramel Waffle Cone frap and it gave me my life!?!

This is a small location at the end of a plaza strip thats in the center of a business district. Expect long lines both in the drive thru and lobby. The staff are friendly.

The location isnt amazing. Its still a Starbucks but the counter is cramped weirdly in there and there are a decent amount of people in there. Just feels odd.

This is a very busy location and the drive-through situation here is not well thought out. The drive-through line can often block the entrance/exit here.

Sbux is Sbux. Drive through options is solid but dont sleep on walk in if its long. Location gets pretty busy on the hours due to proximity to businesses
