This place is absolutely terrible, it gives the rest of the Cowboy Chickens in the area such a bad name. I dont even know where to start with the problems because the list goes on and on. Ive given this place several chances on multiple occasions, however my discrepancies still stand. The food is just disgusting and half of the time cold, and the presentation is even worst. Once upon my dine-in trip they gave me a dirty, stained plate, that they then wiped down with a paper towel and tried to give back to me!!!! Also the restaurant itself is very dirty and cluttered about. Although despite all of this the absolute worst is the management. The head manager Mike/Muneer (yes he gives out a fake name) is extremely rude, and totally incompetent. He doesnt know the first thing about customer service. If this was about a year or so ago when they were under different management my review would be completely different. However thats not the case. My advice to the company is to take these customer reviews into consideration and change/bring back what they were doing. Although my advice to customers is to save your time, and money and go somewhere else. You could find better food in a school cafeteria.

80% of the 5 stars is the food 20% staff and maintenance of the facility. I get the same thing every time 3 enchiladas and a side of twice baked potatoes. I use the potatoes to absorb up the excess sauce. Many thing have changed since this location opened. The floors are no longer slippery, they havent run out of tortillas and tea is always stocked. The food. The enchiladas were wrapped loosely but stuffed adequately with chicken. The sauce has never disappointed. The twice baked potatoes were portioned correctly but were slightly burnt, thus making parts have an odd taste. I got the peach tea mixed 50/50 work regular sweet, it was great. The staff. I walked in and there was a line of about 7 people but they had no clue what to get and the cashier waved me in front of the line. She was courteous and polite. They offer military discount as well. I tip the discount. All empty table were clean. Towels were tucked. Silverware stocked. Music varied by country artist, the lamer the song the louder.

Horrible service zero custermer service. Went there for dinner to go very simple order 1 whole chicken and a Texas sized okra. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing several people who ordered after me leave I enquire about my order. Turns out they put the wrong name on it and it had been sitting on a counter for 15 minutes. They proceed to try and give me the cold food. I ask for them to remake it as it is surely cold by now. The guy working the counter has the nerve to say "well let me check and see if its hot". Hello I am the customer. I and the one paying or I this case paid for the food. He agrees and proceeds to put in a new order 10 minutes later I get my food. No real apology no heres a coupon for free dessert really I would have expected them to comp it. I get they had a dinner rush. However this is still fast food. Their competition Chick-fil-a handles rushes like this not just at dinner but all day and they seldom if ever mess up my order. Save your money and time.

I went to this place the first week it was open. My daughter loves chicken and my wife thought it was a great idea to try this place out. All I have to say is that Ill never listen to my wife about where to go eat again. The line was long whitch I understood why but when we went to order ( keep in mind this was the opening week) I look at the big board to see what I wanted and it has a price next to it. I told the person what I wanted and you know what they tell? Im sorry but the price on the board is wrong everything is $1 more even though it said the price in big numbers what it is. So I said ok what ever its find and ended up spending and extra $4-5. When they give me my food the chicken was dried and over cooked. My daughter took one bite and wouldnt even take another. We ended up throwing what we got away and went somewhere else to eat. I would never support this place again and hope of something better moves in.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food at this location. I was so excited that we were going to have a Cowboy Chicken since I love their enchiladas and cobbler. I finally ordered there yesterday and the enchiladas were very dry, not what I expected, rolls were dry and stale and the cobbler was RAW. I am not kidding, I think they got confused and just put raw batter in the container. I bought 2 large portions so it wasnt an inexpensive lesson. I cannot believe that this location is so terrible compared to the one I have eaten at before. With all of the chicken places in Wylie, you really need to step up your game. Raw cobbler was so disgusting.

After an hour of waiting for our delivery. It came, incomplete, half was hardly warm and the chicken was dry. The management called after the delivery driver returned with news that after waiting so long, they failed to provide the complete order. He offered a meal at our convenience in the future.. today was the future and after speaking with "Mike" the manager and him very rudely stating he couldnt find any information of such and that best he could do was to give me 50% off our last order. (This is not how customer service works "Mike". . You treat the customer with respect, ALWAYS!) I dont even want food from this establishment. Free or otherwise.

First 4 times I tried it since opened it tasted great. I highly recommended it to friends. However on my 5th visit I waited 35 mins and got some fridge cold chicken. Yes the chicken was taken out of the fridge and not heated properly- what a total disappointment. Reported it and it was replaced with chicken that felt like cardboard. On my 6th visit my chicken felt like cardboard again- dry and hard. Well thats my last. But I guess its ok once you get a good batch of chicken. Not willing to try again.

I ordered the family pack # 3 and # 1 for a party supposedly to serves 10 people in total. The chicken was tasty and cooked well however I would advise on cooking some side dishes at home. Their " large " side comes in containers that usually restaurants send their sugar , salt and cut lemons in. Portion size of sides were poor and would feed only probably one to person even if they were on a diet.. They forgot to send any sauce. Food overall tasty!

1st time and last time here!! I got a cup of soup and the size was like them sample cups you get at SAMs or COSTCO! Our three entrees came out barely warm. The chicken enchiladas was over flowing with salty sauce.. Nasty! We were thinking maybe their dessert might be better because the picture looked good. We got three cobblers: 2 peach and 1 blackberry, and once again it was barely warm and we like our cobbler an acceptable hot. What a waste of space!
