We have never went to a Chick-fil-A before today. Our first impression is its a normal fast food restaurant. We go up and order our food. Then we have a lady named Kathy help us by getting a high chair for our youngest. Our oldest goes to play and she ask if we need anything else. We tell her no and inform her its our first time. She explained how they thing works and it was very informative. We got our food in excellent time. The food was great, and was every impressed that a team member asked if we need refills. It was a very good first experience.

Only location to flip out over a cup of cheddar cheese for a salad. Ive ordered thousands of salads from hundreds of Chick-fil-As and it has never been a problem. I contacted the corporate HQ and the the policy is not to charge for cheese since the salad does not come with cheddar cheese. The owner of this location was suppose to contact me but never did. More bad service from this location! It wasnt "my pleasure" to receive horrible customer service.

Location is good as CFA goes. They lose 1-1.5 stars on their drive-thru service. We consistently get wrong orders and there is some cross-contamination in their cooking process as gluten is concerned which has not been an issue at the other local CFAs. The indoor dining is superb. They are very attentive and serving you at your table despite being quite busy.

Of course my family loves this place like no other. The best thing about the Allen/Fairview location is the quality of the staff. Lots of local youngsters and experienced folks mixed to make a great team. I always am amazed at the efficiency of moving so many customers through to get their meals while hot. Cant beat it, unless you want a hamburger.

This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are closed on Sundays. While they specialize in awesome chicken sandwiches, try their sausage and egg burritos for your morning meal. They are located close to the Allen Event Center and The Village at Allen shopping center. They have great sweet iced tea and lemonade.

Top notch service, friendliness, and excellent food. This location has a clean, yet small, play area for the kids. While I was sitting there alone with my 3 boys eating, a nice young man came up and offered to help with anything that he could. I declined his offer, but it was still appreciated. I would definitely go again.

I am not sure I understand why there is always a line of cars circling this building? Is there something I dont know? The service is always excellent. Prices are great .. but it is JUST chicken? The nuggets and sandwiches are ok but definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes to go thru drive through?

Not consistent with any other chic fil a. Order a salad here and youll get 8 slices of meat cut thick as hell so youll only enjoy a few bites before it runs out. Other stores have fixed this issue but apparently this one doesnt. Maybe thats why they are the only ones without a line!

We (my small home daycare) went on Tuesday, "Cow Appreciation day" and the lines were very long , however we were greeted outside and each given little cows and the line moved quickly and the every staff member was energetic, happy and very helpful. We love our Chick fil a!!!

First time at this location and normally I would say I always get good service. Not that I got bad service but the guy at the window when I was getting my order. Talked so damn fast I did not understand a word he was saying g slow down so you customer can understand you.

They have free Wi-Fi :) which is great! I stopped by and just got a drink and worked on my laptop for an hour. The staff is friendly and checked on me a few times, plus got me a free refill. I didnt eat this time, but I love their food too. I Love Chick-fil-a!!

I was here earlier with my colleagues, and Ive been to several Chick-Fil-As, but the one here on Stacy is the most pleasant and service oriented one Ive been to. Outstanding staff and a great place to dine. Employees Connor and Seth were exceptionally helpful.

Most pleasant chikfala Ive been in. Super nice people, food was in our hands before we could walk away from counter. One man who worked there heard my son ask me if they had bbq sauce when we were at table. He heard and got us some. Great customer service.

They handled my mobile order great. After mistakingly placed the order and hit "I am here" when I was at McDermett location for 20 minutes, they remade my order so that my food is fresh and hot when I finally arrived. :) Yay for this location!

Saved my wedding! David, Beau and David worked with me on my last minute getting ready for my wedding we had to grab 4 gallons of sweet tea and lemonade and they took care of it with a smile on their face. Love this Chick-fil-a!

Im picky about where I spend the little bit of money I have and Chick-fil-A never lets me down. Its clean. The employees are super and the food is fantastic!!! There is a family area and the kids seem to live the play area.
