Never go to this establishment. Do not give them money. Today, my friends and I went to this establishment to get some refreshments. We arrived almost exactly at 10 PM. The restaurant closes at 11 PM. After a few of us had ordered, someone who looked like the manager came outside in an outrage and told us "You can blame that girl *points at one of my friends*. The rest of you can leave now, we are about to close. You can all leave now or I will call the law and have you removed." Given that it was nearly an hour before they closed and that we were paying patrons of the establishment, she had no reason to angrily tell us to leave. Never go to this establishment. Just go across the street to Chic-Fil-A.

Pretty much the worst sonic experience ever. They screwed up the order with the drinks and didnt bring condiments. When we asked for the sauces we ordered, the guy came back saying "I got you more than what you asked for", but actually didnt give us the sauces we ordered at all (asked for honey mustard and buffalo sauce, he gave us BBQ and salsa). Then, our food was cold inside. My husband ordered the chicken meal with gravy and the gravy was pretty much just white water. My little boy had a corn dog and we checked it after he ate some bites and realized it was totally cold, uncooked inside. We went pretty much for the playground, too, and it was super dirty up close.

Got my order wrong, I called back on the box THREE TIMES and spoke with someone each time, the last two times they didnt let me know anything they just said "OK". I waited 30 MINUTES for them to finally come out bring me the correct items, but only after having to stop a car hop and explain everything to her, then she went and fixed it. Her name was Destiny and she was very helpful and apologetic. I definitely will choose another Sonic next time we need to stop for a quick bite to eat, because it definitely wasnt quick!

They had the hot dogs on sale for a dollar and the problem with it was mushy and Ive had that problem with them before at a different restaurant. I thought Id try and give them another chance since it was a different store and months later . In my opinion whatever hot dogs they are using arent great. They used to be much better. On the flipside the car hop guy was very nice and courteous.He apologize for how long it took to bring the order. He had a pleasant demeanor

Waited in the drive through for 20 min, I didnt even get my corn dogs when they told me to pull forward. I waited for 10 minutes and couldnt wait any longer because I would have been late to work. I got my drink but it had a HUGE hole in the bottom and so I had to throw it out. Ive tried calling multiple times and nobody is answering.. So Im stuck with a $5 purchase and I didnt even get to eat my food

Person taking order was rude, order came out wrong, after order was fixed shake was melted and they said sorry for that and ran off. No condiments offered. Used to love this location but they have fallen off. Only plus side was when I called in the District Manager was very polite and offered to send me a gift card to replace my order. Rate DM A 5 star and store 1 star.

. . . This has always been my favorite location of Sonic to go to in Tyler. Friend Yendi is an exceptional car hop.::winks:: Delivery is always fast - five minutes or under - food is always fresh and hot, and drinks/beverages are always cold and made correctly. (Cherry Coke, Cherry Limeade, etc;) At this rate, theyll have my business for a lifetime! ;-)

If you have a rosetta stone and a lot of patience, you may be able to successfully order food here. If you ever do manage to convey what you would like to eat, be it through sign language or interpretive dance, it will be great. I worked across the street for 7 years and got my order delivered right maybe 3 times, but it tasted good at least.

Horrible customer service. We got yelled at through the drive through. We told them meat and ketchup only multiple times for them to keep saying so just meat and cheese. Then they switched it to a Hispanic women because apparently out English wasnt good enough. (Im not Hispanic and speak perfect English) Worst experience ever!!

This sonic is utterly gross and has poor management. As a recent employee, I first hand witness the atrocities of a roach infestation they have there. Seeming under the policy where most fast food restaurants have where pictures arent allowed. The Health department will get involved and hopefully shut the place gets shut down.

The carhop smelled like weed and couldnt even form a sentence, he ended up losing my food after I had already waited 20 minutes, I asked for a refund and after 30 minutes got one. With NO FOOD. Dont go here unless you want no food/disgusting food, and horrible service from high little kids

awesome service! i stopped there to get ice cream tonight and ended up getting a flat tire instead. however, one of their associates named Dillon offered to help me change it. I thought that was really kind. Plus the weather was horrible. This guy deserves a raise! Thanks again :D

Compared to other Sonics in the area, this one is the slowest by far. There were only 3 people in the drive-in and a few in the drive-thru...took almost 30 minutes to get me a drink and fries and they didnt even give me a straw. Had to walk in and get one myself.

My corny dog was cold and chewy. Fries were hot and fresh and they got my drink oder correct. Wanted to pay at stall but it was not working. Mgmt knew, but there was no notification at stall that it did not work.
