Its OK but I have had better potatoes and service. I drove a long way and took my boyfriend who only eats seafood and vegetables. Of course they had nothing for him to eat other than a plain potato that was very plain. Shrimp coming next week they said eventhough their like page says they have the Freak potato and its on their menu in store. I ordered the chopped beef and sausage I was assuming link but instead it was this stuff that resemble ground beef. The potato had no skin, which is one of my favorite parts. I was given one small maybe 1 ounce cup of barbecue sauce for the whole potato when I asked for more I was told that it was 27 cent each. FYI this is not a black owned business it is owned by Asians with a black face as a front. Oh my food was delivered by a rude pregnant chick who for some reason was mad at the world and demanded she see my receipt felt like I was at the exit door of Walmart. There were no smiling faces among the staff, so It didnt feel like a chick fil more like a McDonalds type establishment. Food was okay though but Ill stick to KELLYS COUNTRY COOKING OFF I45.... but hey dont take my word for it try it for yourself. This is just my opinion.....

I went to this establishment less than an hour ago. I ordered "The Confused" baked potato which didnt state that it came with bacon, however my cashier Hai asked me 3 times if I wanted bacon and I declined. The potato did come with chives which I did want so when he asked I said yes. Once I sat down to eat after arriving home I noticed that there was a strip of bacon, no chives and a very long piece of hair entangled in the sausage. I drove back to the establishment, explained my concern to the cashier. The manager arrived, I explained it to him. He stated "thats alot of hair" I said "yes, and you see mine is nappy". He replied, "they are wearing hair nets." Then continued to ask what I wanted to do in a very rude way. I told him that I did want to get another potato. He told them to give me a refund. His whole demeanor was very unprofessional. This young man has alot to learn especially some customer service skills if he wants to see his business go anywhere.

Maybe I should do 2 separate reviews.. 1 for the potato and the other for the Boudin balls. Overall the food wasnt terrible. My only complaint was receiving everything cold. I had to heat it before eating it. I stay about 6 minutes away so the travel time wasnt the cause. Ill start with the Boudin Balls since they were the best part. They are large enough to be a meal by themselves. The flavor was spot on especially once you add the sauce that comes on the side. The potato on the other hand wasnt all that great. I believe they reel you in with the images then leave you begging for flavor (not speaking for all the potatoes just the Swamp Monster). There isnt much potato there just loads and loads of cheese! They didnt skimp on the shrimp, chicken, or sausage though; I had meat in every bite. (So basically its all topping with not potato) All in all, if I do visit again itll definitely be for the Cheesy Shrimp Boudin Balls. You cant go wrong with that option.

This place is all hype the meat doesnt have a smoke flavor at all and the food isnt that good, and because its in a predominantly urban area, (very urban), so customer service is somewhat none existent. Honestly you can lightly break up some potatoes yourself and do it at home, and the prices are ridiculous for subpar food. My husband asked for a refill and they counter working exclaimed loudly NO YOU AINt GETTING NOTHING FREE, however he had money in hand to pay for a refill, because as I assumed establishments such as those dont offer refills, I picked up the remainder of my food and walked out the door, and I will never go back and have told others about my poor experience. For the food to be $50.00 total for 2 people to eat a baked potato. I could have spent that toward a nice sit down dinner at a elegant restaurant not some hood dive .

There were lots of positive reviews for this establishment so I decided to give it a try. The menu looked wonderful and the cashiers were very nice when taking my order. I ordered a stuffed baked potato that had chicken and sausage on it , I was unaware that it will come with sauce on it as well. The problem I had with the order was the sausage were overcooked and very dry to the eye and by taste also the potato was overcooked as well and the chicken also had pieces of beef mixed in with it. I I tried to enjoy my meal but was just not satisfied with it at all. I do not think I will visit this establishment again because I ordered two items and spent more than $22 for a meal that I was dissatisfied with.

Ordered cheesy seafood stuffed boudain balls(?). They were huge, 2 filled up the small container. Hot fresh cooked to order BUT cold in the middle! Took them back, overheard the cook I assume saying that it was warm not cold. The manager, maybe, came back to me saying I checked the one you was eating and the thermometer read 165 degrees, was it not hot enough for you? What an insult, as big as the balls were someone has to realize its possible to not be cooked thoroughly and not question your customer. I know the difference between warm cold and hot for that matter. They need to learn more about the business theyre in and I wish them the best.

Yesterday was my very first time going to the stuffed baked potato Factory I thought that maybe if I get some simple that it will be good so I got the jive turkey and when I got it I was so excited but The Taste and the smell of the turkey was like it was its been sitting out for a long time which made me not even want it so I spend $7 on something that I wanted but couldnt eat it because of the meat being old, my suggestion to the company is to change your meat every 4 hours you should not let meat sit out for a long period of time other than that I myself would not recommend anybody to go here thank you........

I sent my co-worker to pick up a triply play . I asked for double sausage and chop beef. My co-worker asked the order-taker maam did you make sure it has double sausage and the young lady in a sarcastic voice said"it comes with sausage" GUESS what? I DIDNT GET MY sausage. I got Chicken and chopped beef. We work on the southwest of town so no I wouldt dare ask my co-worker to drive all the way back over there. So, I doubt if I ever purchase from them again. Sad part was this was at 11:02 they had just opened. smh

I could go on and on in a lot of words to say how good the food is at this particular place but it will never do it justice until you go there and see for yourself. This quaint place has the best baked potatoes that I have ever eaten in my life; I am an addict for the Super Freak but they have so much more to offer including their own juices that are $3 a piece that will knock your socks off do yourself a favor and go see you will not be disappointed!! #1 in the City of Houston!
