Not a place you want to seek out, even if youre just looking for average quality Texas BBQ. Another of the worst BBQ experiences I had in 2015, and I visited well over 50 places. Brisket was served cold, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Gray, bland and flavorless. Ribs were undercooked, underseasoned, chewy. Grocery store sausage. From the outside, it may look appealing, but I would recommend you not be tempted and drive on by.

Waited for over an hour for fried pickles, asked for ranch and it never came, the entree took even longer. We came in while it was slow and still received horrible service. The coals I went to originally over by Archies was incredible. I understand growing pains but this was ridiculous. Asked for a chopped beef sandwich and got cold BBQ with wilted fries. It will be a good while before I contemplate trying this one again.

Well Coal used to be spectacular. Im taking away one star for food quality its good but not as good as it was. Saying that I believe couple of months theyll be good. 1 less star for waitress quality and 2 hour wait on food wait on check wait on everything. Another star Waitresses or kitchen got our entire orders wrong 3 different times. 3 times was a 2 hour trip. Ill update when better.

EVERY time I get food at Coals I am always HAPPY! One time they forgot to include one item and I didnt realize it until I got back to work and they immediately resolved the issue. BEST MAC AND CHEESE ever!!! Wednesdays Buy 1 Get 1 Free Burgers are AWESOME!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Coals - so glad its local.

I just love their Chicken Tenders Plate! Huge portions of everything! I cant eat but half and thats great so I gave leftovers for another day! Staff is super friendly and everything is reasonably priced! Love this place!!!! Also got to see/listen to Sundance Head play on Friday night several weeks ago. So awesome!!!!

Great food for a great price. There are only 2 bad things I have to say about them. First, it takes forever to get your order. The service is very, very, very slow. Not good. Second, they rarely ever answer their phone. Ive let it ring for over 5 minutes one time before finally hanging up. Also not good.

Food service is poor wait staff is slow with service . Beer was warm not cold as it should be. Ribs and meats were to salty and spicy with no real barbeque flavor and meat was dry. The restaurant is nice though it being new.

We just recently moved to the area and we love coming here. The staff is always super nice, the fried pork cracklings are awesome and so are the meats! My wife says that they make the best Mac and Cheese shes ever had.

The perfect place to go if your on a heart healthy low sodium diet. The staff will custom bake your meat if you have dietary restrictions. Thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed baked potato & chicken I had.

My husband didnt like the potato salad at the brisket. I didnt like the brisket or cole slaw. The need different barbecue sauces. The area is big any nice though. We will stick with Splendora Cafe.

Service was a little slow but they are new and at a new location and not used to the volume. Food was very good. We had the sampler and I had the ribs which were really good.
