How is this place even open? I go there at 2:30 and there is only one other group in the entire store. I get a waitress with dirty clothes and hair that looks like she just got out of bed. She proceeded to tell me all the menu items that they were out of and it appeared that she was in another word or just disinterested. Ill get back to that. So we order and it takes 30 minutes to get our food. The staff was great about literally running around the store doing nothing. One lady is walking in the kitchen with short shorts on while the rest of them are twitching their jaw and constantly licking their lips. The employees were so high, I dont know how anything got done. So we Finally get our food and its cold. Its missing a side and I just didnt care enough to complain. I just wanted to leave. The waitress didnt even notice that I was missing a side until she brought the bill. It must have been pretty tough with that one other group because we would be asked twice in the span of about 2 minutes if we were okay and then not looked at for 20 minutes. If this is how they run a business, Id hate to see who owns the place. The staff looked unkempt and hopped up on dope. I hope something changes because I will not return and it makes the community look bad.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the service was lacking. It took along time to receive our menus and as soon as the server gave us the menus she asked us if we were ready to order with giving us a chance to glance at the menus. Also we were never offered refills and the server forgot the salad that came with my blackened catfish. Im not sure if the server was having a bad day, but she definitely didnt look happy to be at work. Food was great so next time Ill just place a to-go order and eat it at home.

Friendly staff but some how very inefficient. Seems to be five staff (three waitresses one cook and a manager) to wait on ten tables but every ones food seemed to come out at least twenty minutes later. First item on the menu was po boys but they were out of bread. Two people one ordered appetizer as a main course. Delivered before the second persons food not at the same time. Boudin balls were frozen in the middle. Pity.

Service was pretty good. Catfish poboy was really good and so were the hushpuppies. Had the side salad, and it was mediocre - wouldnt recommend it. Pricing was very fair for the poboy combo - $8.00 for the sandwich and fries. Salad was an extra $1.50 and not worth it. Only complaints really were that the table wasnt clean, pepper shaker was sticky and just in general everything needed a good cleaning.

Let me just say I try my hardest to never complain! But my husband took one bite of his sandwich and immediately thought it was horrible! I myself got catfish and I agree food was horrible but we were not going to complain until.. a cockroach came crawling up the wall next to me. HORRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Food is very good staff is very nice.I have only found one problem the last few times we have gone there we had to get to go orders because there was people waiting on tables. They need a bigger place or open another one around Kingwood or Porter.

The food is good. The service was terrible and unfortunately its wasnt for our waitresses lack of trying. She was just aloof. Orders were mixed together and portions of our order were missing. We just have up and took what they brought out.

Just now was first customers inside. Ordered, sat for over thirty minutes, others began getting their food. Asked the waitress had our order been lost because we never got appetizer gumbo. Sat for another 5 minutes got up walked out.

Great food. Everything Ive ever had there is good.I always get the shrimp platter myself. The alligator bites are great too altho a little pricey. I took one star off cause the service. They try hard but it always seems disorganized.

Delicious fried catfish! Shrimp and chicken are good. Small place so get in early for lunch or dinner if u dont want to wait on a table. Friendly service with a smile....

My boyfriend and I love this place. Their crawfish étouffée is the best. He is allergic to gluten and all their fish is fried in cornmeal so he can eat it.
