We initially visited on Mothers Day 2017 after being out for a drive and stumbling upon this establishment. Im so glad we did, because we cant get enough of this place! The food is incredible, we have never had one disappointing dish. In fact, we always have such a difficult time deciding what to eat every time we visit. The staff are so inviting and friendly every time you walk through the door, prompt and knowledgeable during your meal, and helpful with whatever questions you may have. The array of all the different activities during the week/weekend makes everyday a fun-filled one! We also love all the drink specials on various days and bartenders choice of many cool mixings. Prices are about average and are similar to other up-scale establishments/pubs. I have nothing negative to say!! I have to add that I have never visited any place that has been so well rounded and ran with such professionalism and friendliness, along with all other aspects (menu, events, etc.) that has been able to pull it all off without a hitch! A+++++++!! Thank you to the owners and the employees for all you do to make everyones visit the best, we will definitely keep returning!

First off, the food has declined in quality, since it first opened. Second, they have a first responders night on wednesdays, so on the menus around the bar, it says that they will take 20% off a first responders tab. The night manager told me that shes only discounting one meal 20%, not just the tab as they have clearly advertised. $38, and they discounted it $2.50. I am horribly disappointed, and will not be returning to this restaurant, and am as well writing a review on every social media outlet, as well as the BBB. This is theft, and false advertisement. Not to mention, this disgraceful to our first responders, and shows a severe lack of respect for our first responder community.

Food is cooked to perfection, plus bartenders and wait staff are second to none. They remember you and your preferences, and if you have more than one theyll ask you what youre in the mood for. I always get the burgers (honestly the best Ive had at a sit down restaurant in tyler.) The only thing that they could improve on is getting rid of the damn "gourmet sweet horseradish pickles" on the burgers. The buns are already baked soft, fluffy, and a little sweet, I need the contrast of the dill pickles to make this burger even better. WTH Icehouse???

Never crazy packed, everything seems REALLY clean, servers and bartenders are friendly and there when you need them. Food and menu items are nothing incredibly unique and dont really stand out compared to other places similar dishes but... they are consistent.

Food is amazing, staff is awesome, and the managers are always there. Weekly specials are off the chain. There are a lot of local neighborhood joints, but this place is unique for sure. I love that they dont over charge for LONESTAR. This place is great.

Love going here for lunch. Theyve got a great lunch menu and lunch specials. My favorite is their fried avocado. Theyve got lots of tvs to watch any and every game you can think of too. Definitely a good place just to watch the game and have a beer.

Ive been for lunch, as well as later in the evening for drinks with my friends and every experience has been great. Their pizzas are great, their burgers are on point, and the beer is always cold. What else could you ask for?

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. They have $6.99 lunch specials (smaller portions). You can be in and out in less than 30-45 minutes for lunch most of the time, depending on how fast (or slow) you eat!
