Love love love Firehouse. Firehouse is unlike any chain sandwich shop youve been to. Great variety of hot sandwiches at an affordable price (about $10 for sandwich, drink, and chips), plus they have salads and stuff too. Longview doesnt have one so I stop by everytime Im in town. Service is quick (even when they are busy) and atmosphere is calm. Sandwiches arrive in a basket with a pickle spear and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle. They have a wide variety of sauces on the counter for you to personalize your sandwich and they are clearly labeled by spiciness, Captain Sorensens datil pepper hot sauce is their signature and my go-to (if you love it you can buy a bottle to take home). 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The guy who I believe is the franchise owner remembers my order... I am maybe in there once or twice a month, my order isnt even that unusual, and the subs are in my opinion the best in town, fast polite service. Soft fresh bread and a huge variety of hot sauces! If there was an option of more than 5 stars it would get that rating.

Best Subs hands down!! We were so happy to see this location finally open here in Tyler. When we lived in Alabama, we had one a few blocks away and ate there often. When visiting other states/cities, we always check for locations. My favorite is the Hero fully involved of course!

Been curious about the place for a while now... Me & my girlfriend really enjoyed our Subs, versus the "old" Subway sandwiches. Great food, nice location, and really nice customer service! Cant wait to eat there again soon!
