I really like this place. The atmosphere is upbeat & chill. I like the location too because it is accessible from Broadway & its walking distance to the mall. (They basically share a parking lot by Sears) The food is really good! The portion size is perfect for me & my hubby. When we come in we get a monster burrito for him & I get reg size, & we get a kids burrito for our daughter. Everything has always been satisfactory when we have visited. I look forward to going this spring/summer & sitting on the patio with friends & enjoying a drink.

Friendly staff, fast service, and good food. When I checked out at the front I asked about military discounts, and they apologized and said they dont do them (which is fine, but it never hurts to ask). As I left, the cashier ran out and gave me some buy-one-get-one-free coupons and thanked me for my service. Definitely above and beyond what they needed to do, and its definitely earned them a repeat customer and the first restaurant review Ive ever written. Strong work, guys, and much appreciated.

Ive been to many chipotles and this one is the worst. I asked for beef fajita burrito and it was almost out so they scraped what was left (burnt) asked if I could get more since there was barely any meat in the burrito and they said I would have to wait and it would be an additional charge for the same amount a standard burrito comes with. Bad customer service. I ended up not eating there and one of the girls in the back kept messing with her hair. So unsanitary. Cashier was handling food too.

I used to be a frequent customer but in the last month the quality of both food and service has decreased tremendously. The last time I was in there some creepy skinny mexican kept hitting on me he even bragged about being the new manager and tried to give me free food in exchange for my phone number. I have never been so disgusted or embarrassed in my life. needles to say I will not be returning to this location, at least until they get new management.

I love chipotle, but this one sucks! I wanted fresh fajitas when they were just about done cooking right behind them and even told them I wanted to wait for them but instead put not so fresh ones and my chips were stale, seemed like they were cooked the day before. Then my spirit had that over carbonatedo taste, and didnt realise it till I got home Youll never get my service again

I would give it 0 if it would let me. My daughter went in there last night (driving 30 min to get there) and while she was paying an employee grabbed her burrito, stuck his fingers into it, through the foil, spit on half then dumped the whole thing into a new tortilla and tried to give it to her. The cashier didnt try to refund her miney and there was no manager around.

Good food and mostly friendly service. Depending on the manager on duty there may be a Military Discount, but if certain managers are on duty then they are very rude and condensing about even being asked about it. Will continue to go becuse the food is good enough to overshadow any thing. I recommend the steak burrito bowl and the kids quessadilla meal.

Everything here is fine, its a typical chipotle with overall good service and food. Once I waited for a while in line and they apologized and gave everyone in line a free drink - nice gestures like that will keep this location on my list of places to go.

Cilantro in rice was stale and gross they forgot to put cheese like I ordered forgot my chips and salsa and they dont even know how to roll a burrito evenly. Worst mexican food Ive had in a long time
