Ive always been a fan of Snap Kitchens food, but getting over to the Bellaire location between work and a new baby isnt always practical. They recently overhauled their online ordering and delivery service, including a new website and mobile app. My experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I work in marketing communications and am always watching how businesses create their customer experiences. Previously, their delivery process was inconsistent and slow. Now, its a beautiful thing - the website and app are intuitive, the food is easy to choose (the photos made me want one of everything!), and delivery is FAST. There was even a handwritten thank you card in my bag. They clearly put a lot of thought into improving their customers journey. With free delivery on orders over $25, I will be using Snap Kitchen regularly. Thank you for making this moms life a little bit easier!

Not a lot of options at this location. Its way over priced for what they actually give you. I got the sesame salad w/ chicken. It was soggy lettuce, made even soggier by the thin dressing. They advertise all this yummy stuff like tuna, but this location has very limited meal options. They do have a lot of "sides" though. Or snacks. Either way, I paid a lot for a small salad and bottle of water. Will not be returning. :(
