If I could rate this location a zero I would. I decided to do something different for our pizza night and try one of the big meal boxes. I placed my order on line and the screen flashed 2 hrs for delivery with a count down. 2HRS!?!?! The place is a mile from my house how does it take an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza?!?! I call and try to cancel the order and the rep asked if I would be interested in carry out, so since I really wanted to try the new drizzle toppings I decide to get it as carry out. My husband went to go pick up the pizza and messages me when he walks in the door, there is a long line. 40 minutes later he calls to tell me he is on his way home. I wondered what took so long, he said they took an order and then went to the back to make the order, came back to take another order and went to the back, etc. By the time he came home with the Pizza it was COLD!! Never will I ever order pizza from this location again. I guess Ill continue with Papa Johns and Little Caesars going forward. Apparently Pizza Hut has enough customers that they dont have to worry about customer service. To top it off, they didnt even do the drizzle topping.

I am new to this area so this is my first couple of times that I order from this Pizza Hut, Mind you I ordered three times in less then one week. Because I absolutely love Pizza Hut, when I went to pick up my pizza today i thought I had a credit no biggie if I didnt not to much of a concern to me, the Manager Erica came rushing up to me rude telling me that I had no credit. OK like I explained to her I will pay for my food no need to charge me up like that ( rude like if I was asking for a hand out ) . Then I come back to the office after ordering a Large one topping pizza ( extra Sauce) the pizza was so dry i called back to explain what the situation is the manager Erica Said there was nothing she could do but tell her district manager. WOW I have never been treated like this at a place that often eat and spend my money! Definitely bothered about this experience!!!!!!!!! Might just have to see what other pizza places are around here because I sure dont want to be waiting my money

I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered and paid with debit card. I called 10 minutes after they were supposed to arrived. The guy said he would send message to manager. Waited and nothing. Called back 30 minutes later and and the woman who answered said she would transfer the call to the store. Waited no answer. I finally called again an hour after it was supposed to of been delivered. And I said you know what just cancel the order. I go into the store today in person and talked to the manager. He said the card had been declined. And I asked I dont know why there was money in the account and I showed him on my phone. I asked why didnt they call me? He said "I dont know they are supposed to". But when it came down to it I ended up reordering the same pizzas and paid with the same card. And magically it went through. What crappy customer service.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve one star! I placed an order for carry out. Was told on the website that it would be ready in 50 minutes. My husband goes up there to get the order and they tell him that they havent even gotten to our order yet. Upset, he cancels it. I ended up ordering pizza from this restaurant again the same night. I place the order and the wait time says 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery. After 2 hours I call them and they tell me that the order was cancelled! I did NOT cancel the second order. This is the second time Ive dealt with this Pizza Hut and I refuse to ever deal with them again. Anyone reading this review please DO NOT order from here. Take the extra time to drive to another Pizza Hut because this restaurant is horrible. Im going to call corporate in the morning. I am a very unsatisfied customer!!!

This pizza hut location is a JOKE! I ordered medium pizza and pasta 1 hr ago and when I get there they tell me its not even ready! I was not the only ones theyre were 5 other customers with the same story! The manager of this place must be doing a wonderful job what kind of team does he hire to run this place! This is disgraceful ALL pizza hut location should be ran with the SAME core values and should expect the same from ALL employees. This lack of urgency is a representation of your Co. These are the folks you hire to represent you and those managers hire the team to run it. I know I cannot be the only bad review on this place. Go do something pizza hut for your future customer. I for one will not go back I ordered my food from dominos and it was ready in 15 min.

I eat pizza Hut two to three times a week, Its been like that for years, Ive lived close to this location for a year and a half and never write reviews nor do I want to hate a restaurant that is my addiction but I usually drive 30 to 40 minutes out of my way to get pizza Hut at a different location cause8 out of 10 times our order is 30 to 40 minutes later than the expected time or not made at all, today once again we got there just to hear the same excuse that the driver accidentally took our box (again) and that they could make another but I would have to wait 30 minutes (again) we went down the road to Whataburger (again) just hate this location! Pizza Hut WAS my addiction now Im sick of the hassle thanks to this location! 1 star is giving them too much credit!

Never order from here. I ordered my pizza at 8:07 exactly. My pizza was supposed to arrive at 10:37. 12 min later i called to see if it was still coming. She told me it was in about 5-10 min. 40 min later i called again still waiting on my pizza. She said my pizza wasnt supposed to get their tell 2:45am.wtf. she then transfered me to a supervisor. Waited 15 more min. Then he transfered me to the manager for that shift. I told he about the wait its already 11:38 and no pizza. He said we would remake it and ill deliver it personally. Judging by how he talked to me he wasnt gonna do it. I waited tell 1 am for him. No show. My family went hungry that night. All i had left was a few dollars too. Worst pizza hut ever. Never buying again.

Horrible..this is literally the third time this has happened to me. After patiently waiting for over three hours and constantly preaching to my kids to practice patience and understand that they are buay.. only made me look like a fool.. food never showed and I was promised a call twice by the answering service... Im still waiting.. totally bad.. Im completely understanding even if they are short staffed its OK but a courtesy call should be a must to allow us to choose to wait or decide to eat elsewhere. If anything the answring service should not take any orders unless they have the green light from the store. . they can only do what they can with the folks they have so if they know they are backed up why take more orders..
