The staff are nice. I have had mostly good experiences. However, more than once Ive came here in the morning, and they havent asked if I want cream or sugar with my coffee. Im not complaining about that. I can just as easily speak up. But, this morning I ordered a large coffee and they asked me if I wanted cream and sugar. I replied "yes, please". They gave me 1 cream and 1 sugar. Just one... for a large. I felt like the man was being a smart ass. Excuse my language, but it is what it is. Ive asked for salt and only recieved 1, and off the top of my head, I recall once where they didnt give it at all. They are really sheisty with condiments for such an expensive and busy fast food restaurant.

I go to Chick-fil-A frequently. I like the food, but the service is what sets Chick-fil-A apart. This location fell far below the standard of other Chick-fil-A stores. Only 1employee maintained the standard of making the customer believe he is welcomed and valued. That employee was Lillian. When I returned to the counter for more ketchup, I waited over 2 min for any employee to ask what I needed or wanted and NO ONE even spoke to me. I finally spoke out to one employee as he scurried by and he handed me more ketchup ... not a word​about the delay or a Thank you, Sir or a My pleasure. I hope this helps you to improve your customer service.

Possibly the most under managed location Ive been to. Visited on a Wednesday night. Teenagers everywhere. 4 people in line to order and the person ordering a drink takes 7 minutes because they work there and is chatting up everyone actually working. After making my order I was told they couldnt do it, because the salads are premade and could not exclude the items I asked to be excluded. The next time I stop by just for some lemonade. This time they cant fill my order because they were out of lemonade, and the maker was broken. Poor planning and managing has made this location undesirable for someone who really likes the brand.

I had called Chick-fil-A a week ahead of time to order breakfast for 25 people and also called the day before to confirm the order to be picked up at 6:45 am. I was already running late and got there at 7:05. They had not even started my order. I had to wait another 25 minutes. This is not the first time my order has not been ready on time, but this was ridiculious. When you have a group of important people waiting on you, it is very embarrassing. I hope in the future they will keep better track of pick up orders. Im glad I didnt have them deliver or I would have never gotten it. They werent even big on apologizing either.

Chick Fila is probably my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location is one of the worst locations Ive been to. Food is not always hot. Sometimes they forget parts of your order, but what really caused me to write this review is the last two times I e tried to go there, they have been out of fries. Yes, a fast food place out of French fries, and this was at around 6 or 7 pm both times. Not sure how a place like this runs out of fries, let alone let it happen again only 2 days later.

Food is always good from here service is normally good. Today however your service more then sucks apparently the conversation of someone they thought was going to get fired but was given a second change was more important. When you go to give someone there food dont just toss it in there window like your annoyed that you have to give someone there food because you think that the gossip is more important.

It kills me to say this because this has been one of our go-to chickfilas but our experience today was not good. Felt completed ignored. People behind the counters out of uniform and talking with one another instead of taking my order. Didnt put sauce in the bag so I have to stand there again and wait for someone to acknowledge me. Is there new management or something? Or maybe the manager wasnt there.

Worst chick fil a location, from the services throughout the food. Cashier dont know how to take order and the food comes out cold. Ask for extra creamer for ice coffee, she bring me a bottle of milk, let her know the ice coffee is not enough sweetener, she asked if I want Splenda. Never ever come back to this chic fil a. Definitely would not recommend anyone to this location.

I normally have a really good experience with Chick-fil-A in general. I have to say tonight I was quite dissapointed because my tea didnt have a single ice cube in it and I didnt notice till I got home. Its only a five minute drive so I know the ice didnt melt on the way home. I tried to call to talk to a leader or manager, but no one ever answered.

Bad service! They got my order wrong and gave me someone elses food twice! They overcharged me and the food was horrible quality! They had the wrong label on the boxes that the sandwiches came in that I ordered. The bread was hard and my food was cold! At least my fries were warm. I cant believe this happened at CFA :( this saddens me.

Their food is always delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its also a nice family place where the kids can play! I only wish they didnt discontinue the coleslaw, carrot salad, and berry balsamic dressing. Their iced coffee drinks are excellent and more reasonable than other places. We go there often and are never disappointed.

I was raised on Chick fil a, but the Atascocita location is by far the worst store that my family and have have feequented. I will not be wasting my monet here anymore. The food quality is very poor and the employees always seem to be on a break. Chick fil a is not a cheap meal anymore so for the price I expect better.

Always friendly and fast considering the amount of customers at peak times! Love the community events they hold onsite from time to time. Respect that they stand by their founding principles, although my stomach wishes he could get a yummy spicy deluxe chicken sandwich on Sundays from time to time...*sigh*

Went around 6 for dinner with my 2 kids. Stood in line at what I thought was an open register for awhile. Guy never came back though, lol. Stood in the other line for another 5 mins. Just seems like they were more concerned with the drive-thru than they were with customers inside. Food was good as usual!

Clean, hospitable, and a good place to take the kids. My children like that they can exchange their toy/book from their kids meal in for an ice cream if they choose. Also, they keep the kids play area clean. Food is hot and decent (for fast food). Would definitely recommend as a fast food option.

Wow wow wow THESE STAFF MEMBERS ARE ALMOST RICK STARS ... FOOD COOKED RIGHT BAGGED EVEN better than im used to and HOT FOOD ...SERVICE WITH A SMILE FROM BOTH LADYS & YOUNG MEN..THATS SPECIAL in these day and age....a smile at a restaurant. ... AAAAAAA++++
