3 of us went in before a movie. The waiter was super nice and very helpful finding us a place to sit that had an electric plug for our 89 year old friend to plug in an oxygen tank. We ask what he liked best and he said he loved the hambergers and french fries. That is what we all ate and they were so fresh and delicious. Huge pieces of dark green lettuce, big slices of tomatos, purple onions, 5 pickles and he brought us mustard which we ask for and catsup was already on the table. Fresh really delicious fries.(l never eat fries but I ate them all because they were so good.) He brought me 4 limes for my water which was so sweet. I mentioned I loved limes. He let my husband substitute his fries for a nice salad since he really should not eat starch. They brought us extra napkins without us asking. All 3 of us commented how great those thick meat patties were and they cooked the meat exactly the way we ordered them to be cooked. Really good. We will be back. Very reasonably prices also. We will go back for sure.

WORST experience in a restaurant. Showed up with my kids and boyfriend for dinner and waited 20 minutes for a table even though I could see PLENTY open tables. The host disappeared for a long period of time and when he returned to seat us I told him my son was in the restroom and he seemed very irritated that HE had to wait. He sat us and my small children in the bar area, told us our waitress would be there shortly but had to come back after 10 minutes to get our drink order at which time I ordered an appetizer. When our waitress finally showed up I asked her about the spinach dip and she said it was never put in but she would, again, we waited at least 20 minutes for that to come out. It was on the table for less than 5 minutes when ONLY my boyfriends entree came out, the other 3 meals came out about 15 minutes later and both my kids meals were wrong. Waitress only checked on us once after that. I work in the industry, I know better. This was a terrible experience for us and we wont be back.

Went here with hubby for date night. Everything was great. Food was amazing and delicious. We tried the Jack Daniels sauce. Wish I could bottle it up and have it at home. Waiter was very nice and professional. The day we went was busy, but we were seated right away and attend very well. My only issue was, when we got there we asked to be seated at a booth. Right away we got one and I noticed it was a rather large space for 2 people. I said " Is there anything else available? I would hate to use up such a big space for us. I would hate to sit and then a large party show up. " The young lady who sat us down said in a rather rude way.. " Its this or nothing. " I said to myself wow okay..rude my bad for looking out for others. But I didnt let that effect date night! (in the voice of Harley Quinn - " Rude waitress youre NOT ruining date night! ") Anyways I definitely recommend the motzrella sticks and potato skins!! Overall I say 5/5 dinner was great. Thanks TGIF

After having a horrible experience at a TGI Fridays in San Antonio, we were offered a Be Our Guest promo as a make up for the bad experience and so we decided to use it here. This comes to show how people actually care about customer service and how well they want to succeed at their job. We were seated right away and our waitress, Lawren, came promptly to take our order. She even came a few times during our stay to offer refills or if we needed anything else. When it came time to pay I showed her the certificate I was offered. A few minutes later the manager, Daniel, comes to ask how how experience was because we were using a Be Our Guest certificate, which is only offered to people who have had horrible experiences at other restaurants. We told him everything was amazing because it was. And he offered us some appetizer promo cards for another visit. Definitely coming here again!

Called in for a table for 10, has 2 birthdays to celebrate along with mourning the loss of our family matriarch and we were told they had to "find" enough tables to put together. Watched as multiple large parties were seated before us, but came in far after we did. When hostess was questioned it became disrespectful and confrontational. When finally seated they shoved two 4x4 tables together for 8 adults and 2 children. I was forced to go retrieve a third table and place it with the other 2. Samantha our waitress was hustling her rear off for us however the kitchen staff and bar staff were so slow we ended up waiting 25 minutes for a tea refill. Served 1" of a 4.99 cup if soup, endless apps were slow and hard to get refilled. Sadly this is only half of our family and our post funeral luncheon will NOT BE HELD HERE!

I just left there and my waitress was horrible bad attitude and didnt even Check on us! She went to the back and disappeared. Two tables came and she still didnt come she had them waiting also. When she did come in told her she over charged me and she tried to argue with me that I was wrong! The manager told her she was wrong she came back handed me the receipt and walked off without taking my payment. So again I wait. I went to try and find the manager when she went to the table and asked my dad you the payments and he said told her I had it she took his tip and walked off without saying thank you. When I told the manager about the situation he said she might be having a bad day and he was going to talk to her! Just terrible thats not an excuse of treating customers that way!

Was told an hour wait at 8pm, so we sat at the bar after being told by the host we couldnt wait at the bar...it was at 10% capacity. Then the bartender wasnt rude, he really wasnt anything, barely said two words to me and by the time I got my first beer, we were being seated. Our waiter Arius was attentive and lively, but he was being hampered by the bartenders lack of life. We all had the new York strip and it was delicious, prepared perfectly to our liking. The manager looked as though he might have a stroke at any minute and the dining floor wasnt even full. In summary, dont expect a Fridays experience here although the kitchen seems to know what theyre doing.

Waitress Caitlynn.. Was ok, but wasnt knowledgeable about happy hour menu. She was doing ok until some guy showed up at a table next to us.. She shifted off and started to talk to him, seemed like a friend or former employee. Thats when customer service went out the window.. My friend kept having to get her attention to ask for things.. The guys even went on to call us annoying..I guess we seemed to keep interrupting their conversation.. Oh well If we decide to come back here we will choose another waitress, will also pay in cash so that no one will try to tamper with card info as payback for bad review, even though it was well deserved
