I placed an order online and pulled through the drive through to pick it up. I didnt notice until I was already in the drive through, and couldnt get out of it, that the order confirmation said to go inside to pick up the order. I asked if they could just hand me the order through the window since I had already spent 15 minutes in the drive through. They said they "cant" do that. Being stuck in the drive through I pulled up to the window and asked why they couldnt just hand me my already paid for order, and I would know next time to just go inside. The manager came to the window and proceeded to explain, very rudely, that Panera Bread doesnt allow them to do that because it takes up more time in the drive through. That being said, Im a pretty reasonable person and can understand that, however, she still refused to hand me the order after I had already taken up time in the drive through and she was throwing attitude around. Then she proceeded to say she would just walk the order out to me. If you would have just handed me the order and let me know for next time, that would have been so much more professional and wasted less of your time you were so worried about wasting. Needless to say, I was already annoyed with the manager and just cancelled my order and went somewhere else.

I have visited this location 3 times. 2 out of 3 times they messed up my order. The first time they completely forgot my sandwich and I didnt realize till I got home. I gave the store a call and the manager said they would take my name down and give me a free meal on my next visit. I did return and they honored that free meal. For my 3rd trip to this location, they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich and French onion soup. They gave me a chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Again I did not realize until I got home. I made another call to the store and they apologized profusely and asked if I could come back to make things right. I was compted a free meal and was able to keep the order mess up. I was not refunded for my trouble though. All in all, there is much better Panera locations and I would drive the extra distance to go to a different location.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a couple of days now, and i finally have the time to do so. So, basically, the story is quite simple. My girlfriend had gone and picked up a couple of sandwiches and some soup for us once i got off of work, and i got home and we were missing her half of a sandwich. No problem, it happens. I work in customer service as well and I know it can be a very frustrating a stressful work life. I simply called them while we drove back with our receipt, and kindly explained the situation. Not only did they fix the issue, they actually gave her a whole sandwich and gave us a complimentary pasty as well. The manager (Carol, i believe?) was extremely nice and really made this visit worth it. Thank you guys so much, you guys have our business now more than ever. Very much appreciated. 5/5, 10/10, etc.

I called the manager. The girl at the drive through did not give me my croutons for my french onion soup and they burned my grilled cheese. I bought it on my way to work in Fort Worth. The manager said he would replace my twosome next time I came back. Called they have no record on file of the promise the manager made to me. My 31 yr old son was with me. So just fyi when they screw up your order write down the managers name while driving after all they dont care if you have a wreck and remember to keep your receipt. Otherwise they will not honor their promise. The sandwich was so burned I could not eat it. I work 1530-0000. So I had nothing but my soup to eat. So the manager promised me 75 percent off my order that did not happen and I had ordered two raspberry thumbprints and only got one.

Web ordered, not started when I arrived an hour later. The check in people were pleasant and helpful. But, I tried to call the location about 9:30 and no answer. Called the corp number and was told the best way to order was on their web page. Boy, did I get screwed. Placed an order for 12 people completed at 10:30. When I arrived at 11:40 they had not started the order. I was told the order did not come through their web ordering system. Fortunately, I had printed off a copy of the order. The shift supervisor said that they could complete the order in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later it was finally completed. What was really irritating is the shift supervisor spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to verify my order on their website, I guess looking for my error.

I have loved Panera for years! However, this particular location is just NOT what Im used to. Im used to friendly and helpful employees at the other locations Ive frequented. Ive been through the drive thru a couple of times and they were quite slow and acted bothered when I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee. I mean if Im ordering coffee, dont you think I may want cream and/or sugar? When Ive dined in there have been times when I had to wait several minutes just to be greeted and my order taken. There have been times where the employees Ive seen just look extremely sloppy or unhappy to be there. I love Panera but this particular location needs to get it together.

Very disappointed in this location, I just got a small Fujitsu apple salad and cup of tomatoes soup for $11.78. My first thought was that was a little pricey and then got home and opened it and it is nothing more than maybe a cup of salad and a few small very thin scrapes of chicken, and the tomatoes soup tastes burnt! it took all I had not to bring this back. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have given this store the opportunity to get better, but seems to be getting worse.. I will not be back.

Gluten-free options, celiac tested, they pay attention to their food prep and cross contamination possibilities. I previously ordered online for a pickup order and noted a severe gluten allergy and they called me to disclaim that it is a shared kitchen and we talked about changing gloves and preparing my salad individually. They are great, even today the delivery driver with full hands held the door open as I entered. Today I ate the Greek quinoa salad with chicken, one of my favorites.

I used to eat here pretty frequently, but it sees as though their food quality has gone downhill. The last three times I purchased food from this location, I ended up with a sick family member. The customer service could also be better. The last time I was there, I asked for a cup of coffee, and the blonde woman behind the counter did not acknowledge me in any way. She simply placed the coffee cup on the counter and walked away without talking to me or even looking in my direction.
