I dont know if this place changed either owners or just management but I used to frequent this place, was gone for a while and now that I come in, the place is dirty. The salsa bar is infested with flies and since theyre getting busy (the most annoying thing to me) they start to clean the place, sweeping and mopping around the table where Im sitting and spraying down tables with cleaner. In my opinion its just a lack of education as well as Respect for those that are trying to enjoy their meal. Sad thing I never once encountered this before in years that I used to eat here. Dont know what happened. Such great food that they have but those things were disappointing to see.

Pretty hit or miss. When they are on, they are amazing! But when they are off its terrible. When its good, the carne asada is juicy and tender, the chicken is flavorful, the tortillas are dry but moist, and the smallest drizzle of the green salsa will bring tears to your eyes! When its bad, the carne is dry and unseasoned, the chicken is bland, the tortillas are greasy and fall apart, and the green salsa tastes like someone rubbed an uncut jalapeño with mayonnaise. Ive noticed its worse later in the day so try to go early if youre going to go.

I work in Farmers Branch, so i have to call for my order, first time they put me on hold, for log time, than they hung up on me, second time the took my order, also the ask me when do i need my order, i say 10 minutes ,i arrived in 15. minutes giving little more time. The y forgot to put my order, my drive from my work to their location is 10. minutes one way mi lunch its only 30 minutes , Very disappointed with the service, they dont care about your time, the place was almost empty. how do you neglect a customer like that??

Although I love their food, I have to give them a very poor review because of the importance of high gene they place on the restaurant. Every time I have gone, there are always flies everywhere and it smells of sewer. The last time we ate there, a roach landed on an infants face from the ceilings, and none of the workers said a single thing to the disgruntled couple. Unfortunately, Im definitely not coming back to this place.

My family and I love to eat at this restaurant. However this experience is unlike any other location DIRTY, flies , ants everywhere ........ Location in the colony is always clean ! What is this manager doing ! Talking on his Bluetooth while I stood there waiting for his conversation to be over for him to take my order! Seriously calling the Health Dept. there is no way this place is sanitary!!!

Had a terrible experience here about two months ago. The place was packed and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food but my stomach was none too happy with me. I had the chicken, rice and beans and couldnt really finish the meal because it didnt taste quite right. I am sticking with other Mexican or Tex-Mex places. There are plenty of those options around Addison/Carrollton!

This place sucks !!!! It gets worse every year honestly. Salsa has always been good but the food no mames !!!! "Gross" burgers are never cooked all the way (very bloody) , chicken barley has any. Nothing but bones , the quesadillas have bones in it I wouldnt even let my kids eat it . I do not recommend this place to any one . I will say that the agua de piña

I ordered a quesadilla at the drive thru and they gave me a nasty quesadilla, is like they put the chicken and cheese heated it up for like 5 seconds and gave it to me, they could of just took their time and ask to wait for it a little while, i wouldnt have mind!! Never will i eat anything else on that menu except the whole chicken, the chicken is YUMMY!

Horrible, first they take my order for a bake potatoe and then when I get to pay they are out of them then after I pay just for chicken they dont give me the complimentary verde sauce and say they are out?!?! On top of that a 30 minute wait. Horrible business, will never eat here again!! Please go else where not worth a penny!

The food is good but this location needs to work on hygiene. Flies have taken over and its obvious by the other reviews that Im not the only one who has noticed. Además de tener problemas con moscas, necesitan entrenar a los empleados como tratar al cliente. No les cuesta nada sonreír!

This is some serious Mexican food.. half chicken, tortilla, salsas wow.. poor ambiance.. but if you are a food lover and dont give a damn about ambiance (like me), then a must try.. beware.. there is one harbenaro salsa that is crazy hot.. but I love it..

4 bones in my quesadilla! Not very appetizing! Tasted ok but the bones ruined it. How can it be fast food if I have to take the time to pick out the bones of the chicken they chopped in a million pieces?! One was even as long as a leg bone...crazy!

I always regret going to this one, they are so stingy and the ladys always have attitude nothing like the Irving one. I ordered a whole chicken and only go t a leg wrapped in paper and they were out of beans so they only gave me one rice

Best grill chicken en Dallas. Love the "salsas" and endless "totopos"... Beans and Rice the best compared with any other texmex taco place. The como of two entire chickens for 30 dlls is agreat deal.

Good place if you want some blacken chicken mexican style. The green sauce is the best here. Great value too. I just wish they had their old hamburgers they use to have decades ago.

Good but price went up $4 and I think they changed their chicken provider because pieces are cut smaller and wrong.. One the a good note the Green salsa is rhe best in DFW..

Got to the drive through. Sat in the drive through for about ten minutes. Get to the window and they told me they forgot what I ordered. Left with no food and wasted a drive
