Just returned from Panda Buffet. The food was good, as it always is. My co-workers and I took a group of 20 people (total 24) to the lunch buffet. All separate bills. We were seated as a group. The waitress brought drink orders. Soda, Water and Sweet and Unsweetened Tea. Everyone had the buffet. Much to our surprise, when the bills came, there was a 15% tip added to each ticket. So because someone brought a $1.75 drink to the table, that warranted a 15% tip. (the added amount was $1.50)The buffet was serve yourself, as it always is. When we asked staff about the tip being added to a buffet ticket, we were told it was because it was a large group. I asked if the smaller groups had a 15% tip added to their tickets. I was told "no". They leave a tip at the table. I informed the staff that the last time we were there, we left an $18.00 tip. Their staff informed me that we did not. Or they "thought" it was us. I just dont understand a tip being added to a serve yourself buffet. So be warned. Oh, and their new menus that are on the way have the statement that a 15% tip will be added for large groups. Even if you have the buffet.

Panda Buffet is great if you just want some Chinese food no matter what. If you are going to turn in to Guy Fieri and criticize the authenticity, please ask yourself why you are expecting home made, home cooked, perfection food from what is essentially a fast food restaurant? As for those complaining about having to tip more for large groups......do you never go out to eat??? This is standard practice at almost every restaurant. But I guess the latent racism of most Terrellites makes that hard to absorb.

My husband and I have been eating there since the place opened. Lots of variety of food. I find plenty to eat that is very good. The crab meat is the best. We recently took a large group there, and everybody was very happy. I dont understand about people complaining on a tip of 15% on a large party. We usually tip that much when its just the two of us. They bring us drinks, extra napkins, and keep checking on us. I guess some people are just natural complainers and cheapskates!

Took my family here on a Friday night at 730pm food was cold my two young kids like crab legs and there were 4 small crab legs on the buffet they got the and our waitress started yelling crab no on buffet for kids, I told her then charge me for adult buffet but bring out more crab legs and no more crab legs were brought out and all of the food was just warm not hot they had already turned off the line. This place is going to make someone sick and too expensive.

Currently in restraunt and food is cold and been on buffet to long. Talk to the employee and he said no manager today to complain too. The cook has walked out 2 times now and run his fingers they his hair and not washed his hands. I am only still sitting here to write this review. Absolutely a horrible experience in a restraunt we have been to twice and it was great.

Great variety of food, and great taste. Clean and well kept with happy servers. Lots of things to choose from, from fruit to rice to even jello! Great place to bring the family for food everyone will love. Even I, a picky eater, could find some good food I like there. Try the panda buffet, Im positive you will find something you like there.

This place is horrible!!!! Even the customer service. My husband and I decided to stop here about an hour before they closed. The food was cold and when the staff was made aware they did nothing about it. The only good thing was the crawfish. And plus the food made my husbands stomach hurt. Please stay away!!!!!!

Ugh!! It was awful! The food was the worst tasting food ever. The only thing I enjoyed was the dr pepper, and the rolls. The "sushi rolls" were green beens, carrots, pickles, and a slice of ginger rolled in rice and seaweed.. looked like sushi... what a joke! Worst $30 ive ever spent. Save your money!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! The shrimp was not washed properly....after the 3rd or 4th shrimp felt lots of sand in my mouth...When I complained they all laughed like if it was a joke...they were very disrespectful and so unprofessional DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Unless you want your stomach to be hurting like mine
