Ive been here before, good food, service okay. Today service was terrible, me and my wife were assigned a table that was not available (we were told it was available they were cleaning it).. we went to take food and went to the table and then a waiter came very rude saying the table was already taken by some people. I complained not because of the fact that someone was already sitting there but because of the attitude of the waiter, when I complained with him, and said you have cero customer service he responded "its my business". I took off. Will never come back, there are certainly better Asian restaurants with better customer service.

I love Royal Buffet. Weve been here twice with my Scout group and then again with a group of men. We loved it! The food is great and the price for all-you-can-eat is $10. And we eat-all-we-can-eat. My boys are just like me, we eat a lot! LOL :) Great food and no hassle service. The restrooms are great and clean. Places like this sometimes dont upkeep their restrooms but this place was great. Clean restroom and good smell too. Clean restroom is very important to me at an eatery place.

After reading other reviews, I was a bit nervous to try but glad I did. Much better than I was expecting. Web usually go to the buffet place in Rockwall or Murphy, but this is so much closer to home and was good. Its a buffet, so dont expect a lot of servixe, but we never had to ask for a refill on drinks and our waiter cleared away any empty plates promptly. My kids loved seeing the baby octopus they had on the buffet, but didnt want to try one. My hubs ate 3.

To call it mediocre would be a compliment. This was my first time there. They didnt have some of the most basic Chinese dishes like sesame chicken or general tsos chicken. I think I had some mongolian pork, but it was so overcooked and funny tasting it was hard to tell. Overall the food was really underwhelming. I hate to give bad reviews, but this was easily the most disappointing Chinese buffet Ive ever had. I would stay away.

The food here is absolutely disgusting. Cold food, warm sushi, bland food. When i complained of the food, the staff wanted to argue with me for over 20min. and laugh. Our serving even stated "its cold because its leftovers from lunch, its dinner hour now so they will bring fresh food out soon". They are very rude an unprofessional. Do not eat here, both me and my husband got sick before we even left the parking lot. Terrible.

The Buffet was awful!!! Food thats been sitting there under the heating lamp it was like eating wood!!! Very dry !! Meats I had to chew like Im chewing on rubber!!! I asked my waiter when are they gonna put some freshly cooked catfish up her excuse was most people just crack it open and eat the inside of the fish me looking at her like !!! Go tell that to someone else!! Horrible experience

The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is decent depending on time of day you come sometimes a few dishes arent as hit and fresh but that is in most buffets ive enjoyed the sushi its the basic varity and the Mongolian grill also has the basic ingredients. Dont expect to have your mind blown,its the usual faire of foods.

Good food, but I have been to talk to this Manager 3 times about an overcharge on my debit card- the waiter got our tickets switched and we paid 2 tickets that day- he will not give me a refund- it has been since MAY 23rd 2015 this is JUNE 7th WTH?????????????

Weve been coming here since shortly after they opened for business several years ago, and I can honestly say that the food and service hasnt deteriorated one bit, like some places do. Its really great!

Decent buffet with all-you-can-eat crab legs on weekends. The BBQ is a good choice. Sushi is pretty good. Service is always polite & quick. Good value dinner option for a large family.

Good place for a family to eat with a variety of choices. Love peel and eat shrimp. Dessert buffet has many options as well. They are very quick to clear your plates as you finish.

Know someone that used to do pest extermination for this place. Les just say they have to hit that place every other week because its bad. I wouldnt reccomend this.
