The buffet was constantly empty.i had to keep asking someone to make more chicken each time i went up to the buffet and then they would bring two pieces of chicken at a time. I almost waited longer for food than the time i sat eatng it. As far as the so called buffet it was sparse on variety. I think you should come up with another name for this island of disappointment than buffet. Maybe look up the definition of buffet in the dictionary. I am sure there is no picture of KFC under that word.oh yes. I almost forgot to comment on the barbecue chicken. Maybe because the cold sauce that is poured over the chicken is nothing that would be remembered. I always thought of KFC as delicious food but over the years it has become cheap and lacking. we enjoy their buffet however, at some points we have to ask for more food to be put on it. I also have seen the lobby look pretty disgusting. i love being able to enjoy the buffet however, I would like to have fresh food and maybe a few other options on the buffet as well. Maybe a rotating buffet would be great as well. It would be great to have a variety instead of the same offerings each time. I do love that they have great coupons for the buffet and other things as well. Looks like they now have a foreign based employees only problem with that is they are always on their cellphones no real supervision being offered. But it does have a great price for the buffet and the beverage is included.

Went to buffet at 630 pm on a Sunday only to discover (after paying) there was no jello, no potatoes, no gravy, no stuffing, no bread pudding and only about 5 pieces of chicken. Had to ask for potatoes, gravy and chicken, but was informed that they were out of everything else..who runs a buffet at supper time with that many items missing! When we asked were told the morning staff was supposed make those things but they didnt. I dont know who was supposed to be in charge there but obviously not doing a very good job!!

Went there tonight at 6:03 pm. Suppertime and the drive thru was busy and full of cars. I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal, white meat extra crispy. I added an additional breast. When I get the window they tell me they only have one crispy piece of chicken left sorry. The guy tells me he can give me original. I tell him I dont want original. And he looks at me and says sorry we are out of crispy. REALLY!!! On a Tuesday night during supper time (6:03 pm) and this is not the first time. Wont be going there again.

Went thru drive thru decided on a 16 pc mean legs and thighs ONLY... get home and guess what only 4 legs 4 thighs and the rest breast and wings. Called to let them know only to tell me they were short on dark meat but he wasnt taking the orders so pretty much theres nothing he could. I did tell them knowing ahead while ordering wouldve been appreciated. But still he could let the workers know but still nothing could be done!! Seems like this place has gone down the past few months.

Sometimes you just crave KFC but the experience never lives up to the expectations. The buffet is under stocked and they wont put any of the new specialty items on it. And when you get it to go its over priced and now they wont substitute sides. Maybe I dont like coleslaw would it kill you to let me have Mac and cheese instead. If it wasnt for the cracks they put in as one of the secret herbs and spices I would probably pass. Damn you Col. Sanders (whichever one you are today)

Normally good but be careful when you go, grandmother came back and Idk what employee made our food 4:45-5:00 pm May 25th 2016 but things when we opened were way underserved, and unlike my grandmother thought when.she asked and they said no, did not allow her to order other side dishes other than potatoes and Cole slaw

We got there at around 1pm a quiet time after lunch. The employees seemed to be busy cleaning but the buffet area was a little messy... I give it 3 stars just because of appearance. Food was good. Service was average. Employee came out to wipe down buffet and tables.

The front cashier was nice and very palite, the buffet itself looked dried, and feels like they havent changed the food for close to 30 minutes. The chicken thighs and breast over the counter wasnt terible but the chicken selects could have been less dry and tough.

Staff has always been wonderful here. They are very friendly and go the extra mile. It isnt usually the cleanest place but it is an older building. A renovation would do wonders.
