As the pest control technician who used to work on this place, I can tell you they are doing the bare minimum to keep the customers from seeing the massive amounts of cockroaches that live in this building. If you sit at a booth you can count on hundreds of cockroaches being under your seat. They have three different types of cockroaches running around using the soda fountain lines as a way to quickly get from the west side to the east side. When offered the proper method to knock down the populations, the owner Linda refuses due to cost. As an alternative she puts glue boards down, that are meant for mice, and catches the cockroaches as they run down the walls. She easily uses hundreds of these a week. The methods they use for keeping their food in the buffets is exposing it to the cockroaches which come from under the boat shaped islands and up into the food to eat. They leave the crunchy wonton strips out all night. You can imagine what happens in there overnight without people around to scare off the cockroaches. All in all I myself will never eat in this facility and probably never eat if another restaurant were to come in. With the infestation going on here it may take burning the place down and rebuilding to erradicate it. Sorry if I have ruined your day but I stated quite long enough to be clear of my contracted obligations. I cringed Everytime I saw people eating in this place while I was checking in on the problem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Sakura this summer to eat. I started my meal with the Shrimp Cocktail on the salad bar. I ate two bites - one from two different shrimp. Neither bite tasted good. The meat tasted old and when I didnt use the cocktail sauce, before I took a third bite, the smell was bad. I told the server that there was something wrong with the shrimp. She and I went to look at it together so she understood what shrimp I was indicating. She stirred the shrimp around, went to get another co-worker, they did the same and the shrimp was left there. I spent the night in the ER with food poisoning and 4 days out of work. I went back after two weeks and spoke to the manager. He asked me to look at the shrimp with him. They still smelled bad and the little legs were brown-black. The meat did not look good, it was mushy when he opened one of the shrimp. He offered to let me taste it. I politely declined. Understand, I LOVED shrimp and shrimp cocktail. Now, I think I will NEVER eat it again. I cant even stand the smell of cooked shrimp now. He said they are cooked three times a week. And offered me a free meal if I would come back. I will NOT go back and I advise, if you eat there, PLEASE do NOT eat the shrimp cocktail. Take it from someone that needed IVs.

We just "ate" here. Everything looked old. I only kind of like one dish. My wife hated everything she tried. Bananas were brown and mushy, sushi fish was brown, there was a crust and/or film over almost everything, the rice was mushy, fried things were soggy. Maybe not a lot of people came so they just reheat food or didnt put anything new out all day. Neither of us did more than try our food and we decided to complain and leave. They still made us pay for half the meal. We drove to Mongolian Grill and everything is fresh and fantastic. We were really disappointed. Not worth $12.

Porbaby the best buffet place in Lincoln. Its relatively cheap and the dishes are great. I have no clue who Dora Chau is but you posted over three times here, youre just hating. Dont believe me? Go eat at the Buffet across the street, try their "beef " and chicken dishes. Its super chewy and seems rather fake. Then come to this one. The meat here do not have that fake rubbery taste. Update...(06/27/17) The food now sucks.. half of it looks like its been out for a while. The crawfish is probably from yesterdays boil.. disappointed.

We got there at 6:30 pm for dinner. The wait staff was nice and we were seated promptly. The food was very disappointing- hardly any flavor in the Mongolian beef, so I decided to put Kung Pao (HOT) sauce on it and there was no flavor in that and it wasnt even hot. I had a few sushi bites from different rolls that werent too bad- but then when I asked for eel sauce to dip them in and tasted it- it was horrible too. The cake desserts were dry and no flavor! We might as well have been dining in a nursing home cafeteria LOL

It dont even deserve a half of a star! Horrible experience! Bathroom had caked on urine and feces As well as used toilet paper in the trash cans The meat in the grill area was sitting in blood which made the meats taste horrible! The person operating the grill was clean tables as I waited there for him to come and take my food to cook as he proceeded to walk towards the grill I noticed he was wearing flip flops as he proceeded to the sink which had no soap dispenser only rinsed his hands! I strongly suggest no to go there

My family has gone here since u was little and things only got better when the rest did the inside however ever since the new management came in the quality of the food has gone down trumendously. Before the customer were treated like family and the food was genuine but now the customer service is little interaction. The food quality has dropped almost like its going back to the old days. 3out of 5 stars in respect for the old management. 0 out of five for the new. If the old management came back my family would come back.

Ive gone at least a total of 10 times in the past year and every time I have a good experience out of it. The food is good, especially the sushi bar (you can even watch them make it since it is made right next to the sushi bar). Also the have a fair variety of food to pick from at the buffet, not a very large amount but still tastes good either way. They also have a small desert area with cookies, coffee cake, and a freezer with ice cream cups (mint chocolate, strawberry, chocolate, and sometimes vanilla).

All these people that have bad reviews, make me sick! On all the occasions that I have taken my family here to eat, we enjoyed it. Really? You are bitching about the service on Christmas day? Heres an idea? Use the money to serve your own ass! And you cant really expect a great restaurant to close down because of a few bad shrimps! Eat something else theres tons of food! Anyway, eat here its good.

This buffet has great food, when you can get it, that is. They really need to work on refilling food when the trays are empty. I found 7 empty trays on my last trip through for lunch, which is ridiculous! I left hungrier than before, wondering why I chose them over a more competent Chinese buffet restaurant nearby. Customer service really matters; I will go elsewhere next time.
