Must be under new management, my last 3 orders since have all been 100% wrong. I always order online so its ready when I get there but the last time I went my order wasnt ready when it was suppose to be and they used the wrong seasonings(I always get boneless Louisiana rub and original hot wings) They gave us mango habanero and lemon pepper). So they had to remake it, Iwas sitting in the store waiting for 25 minutes before I asked where my order was and they hadnt even started it. Crystal (I think shes the new manager) made my food immediately but even she forgot my cheese fries and potato salad. We spent almost 40 minutes in the store when it was an online order placed a half an hour before I arrived. Ive been coming to this wingstop for the past year and my foods always been great. Its was my favorite place for wings, Time to start trying other places again.

This place has thieves working here. I ordered 20 wings and received 13.... If it had been 17 or 18, I probably would not have even complained but you cannot tell me the workers did not realize that 7 wings, almost half the order was missing! I waited for 30 minutes for my order on top of receiving only half of it. I called the location and spoke with the manager and they gave me an 8 wing credit! Are you kidding me?!??!? You made me wait way longer than necessary when you were not busy and gave me half the order. You should have refunded my entire order. I will never return! Good job for ruining wing stop Temple!

The wings were obviously precooked because they were old, hard, and chewy. They were barely seasoned and cold. I rarely take the time to do this, but I feel that this warranted me taking the time out even though it probably wont accomplish anything. I understand that it is Christmas eve, but if you dont want to provide decent service, dont open. I advise anyone reading this to NEVER eat at the one in Temple, Tx! Microwave wings would have been ten times better. Worse than wasting money, we wasted time.

Food is always good. But tonight I had a bad experience I ordered online and then I get to the store after 20 minutes and was told the order didnt come through she could see my name but no order. So I placed my order again problem is I got no discount for having to wait again and they didnt expedite my order which to me would be good customer service to do so. I really hope the one that opened up in Belton has better customer service.

Tried the new Smoke9 flavored wings! I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!! It will also give you a stomach ache. I generally eat at Wingstop 4-6 times per month and always order the Lemon Pepper, Cajun, and Haberno Pepper which is generally good, but the Smoke9, YUCK! Do NOT Waste your money ordering a full order, try adding the 3 additional wings to your order to sample the Smoke9. Why doesnt Wingstop have on-line coupons sometimes?????

We ordered over the phone. The lady was about to hang up but we were not finished with our order. We did ask for two medium soft drinks but, then I get there and she said she did not add it to our order so I said thats ok never mind on the drinks. I get home and look at my receipt like an hour later and she did put two soft drinks on there.. I want my $4.18 back..

Im giving them 1 star because the wings are good but a bit too crunchy for me personally and just too much breading. But Im ver disappointed that the BBQ is spicy. They use to have a mild BBQ if I remember correctly but now its spicy and I cant eat anything spicy. Not because I dont like it but because I cant have any spicy food now since my surgery. Fml

I ordered a family pack, as I was walking into the restaurant I saw a worker pull a tub of frozen boneless wings out of the freezer and dump them into the deep fryer. I was so disappointed. Nothing is made fresh, its all over priced and frozen. Bread was hard as a rock. Not to mention they always forget things from my order, but I wont eat there anymore.

The wings were excellent my problem was with the person whom took my order and repeated it back to me. I ordered 6 garlic parmesan combo with ranch and 6 lemon pepper with ranch. I got my 6 parmesan with 8(yes I said 8, not 6) lemon pepper and only one ranch...I was charged for the 8 and charged for another ranch.

3 workers. 2 scrubbing floors. 1 in bathroom. Waited 10 minutes at the counter to pick up a to go. Apparently only the one in the bathroom was qualified to greet a customer. Whoever owns this location needs to give a hoot about training employees better on customer service practices.

Disappointed. Server at counter treated me like I killed her dog before her shift. I even asked her if I did something to offend her. Fries were WAY too salty (even the second batch when we asked for a new order). Wings were WAY over sauced. Go to Wings and More, they're better.

Stopped here for wings because a coworker said they had a good happy hour. Not sure what that was about...no happy hour...BUT...the wings were fabulous! Patricia who was working the front was outstanding with courtesy, helpfulness, and service. Management better hang on to her!

Bad! I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless wings. My fiancée said to just keep it but then I noticed the fries were cold and salty! The wings? Salty as well! Really bad experience and bad customer service!!!

If you order online, dont click the box for crispy fries unless you want them Falling-Apart-Soggy. Pretty disappointed with this location both times Ive been in there. They just dont seem too competent.
