Omg. My friends and I went here on Thursday, May 4th for wings. The service was okay, but we specifically asked for one order all drums and one order all flaps(wings). After waiting for awhile for our food, both orders were a mixed batch when brought to our table. Only resolution offered was to take it all back and do a really cook. Well, we waited over 30 minutes the first time waiting so we said just leave them and we will eat as is. Still no resolution or discount for getting orders wrong. Then the waitress had the gumption to come try and sell dessert to us this was our first visit............ Now its Saturday afternoon around 5:00 and we wanted wings again, so we went back. First we order a pitcher of beer for the four of us and she brings us only 3 mugs. Waitress says we have to wash more it will be a few minutes. I look around restaurant and maybe 20 people tops in here, how do they not have glasses clean? Well, we wait 15 minutes for another mug so now we have e four mugs. We have a different waitress than Thursday and we explain our order again this time. One of the guys just wanted flaps(wings) Daytona style. So we wait like 30 to 40 minutes for our order (remember there is 20 people tops in here and I dont see how it takes this long for our order). Order finally comes to table, and yep its wrong again! My friend has wings and drums mixed together and we complain. Waitress says oh my gosh I forgot to enter flaps only. So she admits its her fault and only resolution she says is to take the ones he has and do order over. Well we are hungry and say forget it. She tries to sell us dessert again which we say no and offer no corrections or discounts on getting order wrong. We wont go back! Be careful service is slooooooow and obviously challenged to get orders correct. Go try Buffalo Wild Wings or something. Save yourself frustration.

Love hooters food and usually just order it for pickup because of the attitude from all the staff. Today we tried several times to call in an order and they would pick the phone up and just hang it up or they would actually answer and when we said we needed to place an order they would hang up then. If it happened once or maybe even twice I would call it an accident, but for them to just pickup the phone and hang it up over 12 times and to actually answer then hang up 4 times its hard to say that. Guess they dont want our business. I own a local company and was trying to order for our employees. This would have been an order for 15+ people, but I guess they are doing well enough they dont need the business. Ordered somewhere else and will never order from this Hooters again.

Sat at the bar. Told Bre I wanted 12 shrimp hot and 10 wings (5 hot, 5 lemon pepper). I specifically told her verbatim "I want the shrimp as an appetizer and wings as my meal so please bring the shrimp first". What happen, she brings the wings and the shrimp at the same damn time! She hands me the meal and says "Exactly what you didnt want to happen...happen." W...T...F! My very simple request was not out of line nor out of hand for the food industry. I always thought apps an before main course but not here even when you ask. Luckily she took the wings off or else they would have gotten 1 star and ripped even worse. Such a simple request I can only imagine how the rest of the resturaunt is. Might try one more time to see if they can redeem themselves but that was just sad.

Wings were BARELY kissed with breading. My go to flavor, Bently, has apparently been wiped out in the format change leaving the same 17 ho-hum flavors any generic wing joint (glares at Wing Stop) will have. Chose the three mile island which didnt have much of an overall flavor outside of offering a moderately sufficient amount of burn. Again I have to mention that the wings had a ridiculously small amount of breading on them. Something was dreadfully wrong with the ice tea machine or management is cutting corners. It looked more like slightly cloudy water than anything. Cmon yall, this is Texas and we take our iced tea seriously here!!

hey hooters, if you ever wondered where your worst franchise is i found it in corpus christi. not only are your bartenders physically gross, their attitudes and demeanor is even uglier. the food is the same as always. these nasty women are embarrassing to your brand. every bartender has an attitude as if they are gods gift to the world. their service is more offensive that their disgusting looks. avoid this awful place and go to buffalo wild wings. their staff is not so hot too but they dont have the offensive attitude.

The girls are usually friendly and seat us in a timely manner. The food is pretty decent, however, (rarely) the waitresses dont really check up on us like ask how the food is or if we need refills. Of course this just depends on the waitress you get. Some girls do an awesome job, and we leave happy customers. Other times well get a waitress that will forget about us half the time and its more of an "eh experience. But overall, its pretty good food, service, and atmosphere.

I called and phone line went dead, like another review stated. Went in and waited to place to go order while 3 skanks told other 3 skanks to get someone to take my order. I left , theres no reason to be waiting around to place an order when half the restaurant knows and no one wants to take it. Two "managers" were standing around as well. They are so thirsty for tips from these men they stay on their jocks and get tunnel vision. Its pathetic to watch.

Ive ate at this hooters about 5 times in 3 years. Every time we come the service is horrible. They girls dont pay attention to you. The manager had the nerve to tell us that the girls tend to pay more attention to whom they feel will give the bigger tip. And that he is sorry for that. I think a change in management is needed. Im writing this while here at the place. Been here for literally an hour and 15 minutes and still havent received my food...

Service was top notch. Quality of food was good. I ordered the Daytona wings and an ice cold bud light. Cant go wrong. I really like that they had some special items on their menu. I might come back and try some more before I leave town. Hickory smoked wings are at the top of the list. Anastasia was my server and she was very attentive. She even followed up with management when they didnt have the shot glass in stock with the town name on it.

It is hard to give a rating when you never get seated. I walked in, about 10pm and waited, Staff walked by me like I wasnt there. At Subway someone at least says Hello. I waited about 5 mins and left. There were open tables(lots of them, I think I know why. I wanted a burger and beer and walked out with nothing. After looking at other reviews looks like others have had the same issues with poor service, looks will get you so far.
