Service sucks and the only person that could speak English is the manager by default Im sure. I ordered a meal that was $3.99, I asked for cheese and my total was $5.29. I then asked how much cheese cost and she told me 40 cents, Im not a math major but can do simple math in my head and knew that didnt add up. So I asked again how much cheese cost and again I got the answer of 40 cents, I then pulled out my phone and clicked on the handy calculator app and did the math $3.99 + $.40 + tax (8.25%) and I came up with $4.75. So I somehow was being charged an additional 54 cents for some reason. I asked why that my total didnt match what I had figured, her response was because the computer tells me that... I ordered this same meal a week ago at another JIB and my total was $4.75 just the same as I had figured on my own. I ordered the meal without cheese and paid for it, after that transaction was done I asked if I could buy a slice of cheese she told me... get ready for this.... sure your total is 42 cents. I couldnt believe what I heard and she was completely clueless to what had just happened, I explained that I had just paid $4.33 with tax for the meal and the 42 cent slice of cheese would have totaled $4.75, when I tried to explain it she told me the computer told her that the total she gave me for the meal was the price and if I didnt like it to call corporate, so thats exactly what Im going to do!!! I would be embarrassed to walk through life with the mentality of this lady, and these are the same people asking to get a minimum of $15 dollars an hour to perform this kind of work. SMH.

Ive eaten here many times with several friends, who ADORE this place. I dont mind it myself. THE GOOD - The food tastes good and usually comes out in a relatively timely manner, and is usually hot. - The workers respond very quickly and often seem relatively enthusiastic about performing their jobs. THE BAD - This particular store seems to have an issue with under staffing the establishment. Show up during a lunch rush and you may notice the staff giving 120% and still getting behind due to their sheer lack of manpower. - While they do clean the tables and try to do the job in a timely manner, often they dont get to clean the table but about once every 3 customers, again simply due to lack of manpower. - During even small rushes the food takes longer to get out. As far as I can tell, this is once again due to their constantly being under staffed. FINALE The establishment gives you what you pay for. Sure, they could improve if they kept a few more people working at the same time, but it could be far worse. Their biggest problem is they only ever keep 3-4 people on the clock at an establishment that gets more than enough business to justify keeping 5-7 on the clock.

I literally waited 30 minutes just to order. They were very rude at the drive through window. Then they got my order wrong and I waited another 30 minutes just to get my food back in the correct way I had once ordered it.

Good food. I didnt realize how good their chicken sandwiches are. The place is kept clean. The guy taking our order didnt seem to happy but maybe he wasnt having a good day. We will still go there again.

Cleanest restrooms in Stephenville. Food is always hot. Speed of service is the only negative and its not a terribly long wait.
