SLOW. This specific location is the worst taco bell Ive ever frequented in terms of speed and customer service (had been going there twice a week until the time it took got infuriating). Both the drive through and walking in takes at minimum 2 times longer than any other taco bell Ive gone to, and often 5 times longer. I guess the employees would rather take their time making each order than getting the order out quickly and risk sitting around with nothing to do for some reason. Give the mobile app a try and preorder i guess? if you must eat at this location

I have been here alot of times always thinking it will get better. Not gonna happen. You are greeted with the smell of either a floor drain or improperly food equipment as you enter. They do not keep food prep areas cleaned. I once got some tostadas that had a such a small spoonful of beans on it that was about 70% just shell.

This place blows every time you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before they close they wont help you. Last time I checked the closing time on fast food is the the time it states on the sign. Its a disappointment because this place had gone really down hill a few years back. Guess its headed in that direction again!

Most Taco Bells are efficient at getting your bean burrito to you but this one outshines the rest. The staff have always been courteous a and even friendly, striking up a conversation when the workflow allows. Im not in this area all that often but I always stop here for a quick lunch.

Arrived at 9:55am to order breakfast. Im told that they just received a large phone order and were not able to serve me. I can understand the large order backlog that creates in the kitchen, but allowing my to drive of without spending money was shocking. Im still hungry.

I love this location. They know how to deal with their mobile app and every time I order, my food is prepared nicely. Whether I pick up inside, pick up through the drive-thru or just order normally, Ive only encountered extremely nice people working there.
