Your order is served fresh and delivered to your table at Silver Grill Cafe, including their 5lb Giant signature Burger complete with sides! Literally took me and 12 friends to tackle the entire order, barely leaving us room for their mouth watering desert - Peach cobbler w Grilled Pineapple topped with ice cream, powdered honey, atop a grilled tortilla! I nearly cried for joy from all the flavors going off in my mouth! Recently this location has only been continuing to improve their menu, staff, environment, and is constantly clean and well maintained with a hard working owner and his wife who are just the most humble people youll ever meet with a passion for food and serving people. :-) They have a play area outside to bring the kiddos, and a large parking lot with more then enough parking, with easy access for handicapped access, and a large environment that has a nice, clean, professional feel to it. Their breakfast tacos served all day are HUGE for under $5! And their burgers are easily some of the best in town! I do not know what previous reviews were talking about in regards to their food but I have yet to be disappointed with any of my selections. Personal favorites when by myself that I recommend would be: Hawaiian chicken, served fresh with pineapples and honey with two sides and rice pilaf, avocado and egg tacos, any of their burgers complete with their fresh cut fries (yum!), chicken fried steak, nachoes platter with shredded beef which goes great with their self serve salsa bar filled with several different kinds of sauces to choose from! And the drink selection here is superb, with a large variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from and daily evening drink specials to compliment your meal while you watch your favorite sports teams on either of their big flat screen tvs. The chef and staff will easily accommodate any food allergies or special needs you may have, with phenomenal customer service and a wait time of ten to twenty minutes even on a busy Sunday. Fore-warning: People flock in lines to this location for lunch and on Sundays! Even then me and my friends have had nothing but good experiences, great food, and a easy location to meet for our mens bible study. And they have a Spot On rewards program which is great for return customers like me! :-) Restrooms are well maintained and stocked up every time Ive come, tables and chairs cleaned, with self serve soda fountain and silverware with easy access to namkins. And every time Ive called in ahead to make table accommodations for me and a group of seven or more people, and even bring me a small cup serving of their Dragons Breath spice to make any of my orders hot like I like it. ;-) Easily one of my favorite hangout places to eat in or order a meal to go with easy access to Mopac 1.

This place used to be J&Js, and nothing but the owner has changed, including the menu. Heres a song, to the tune of "The Patty Duke Show" theme song: Meet Silver, who pads your derriere With barbecue in disrepair. And JJ only gave you bites That caused a priest to read last rites. What a crazy pair! But theyre restrants. Identical restrants, All the way. One pair of matching bookends Engaging in food foul play. Where Silver serves you a fry baskette That gives you chills and makes you sweat, Our JJ loved the Cheddar Pour. Twill make you want to vomit more. What a nasty threat! Still, theyre restrants. Identical restrants with a punch. They look alike, the foods alike, At times they make you sick alike. You can lose your lunch When restrants are two of a bunch.

the food is terrible. save yourself the money and buy it at costco. its clear thats what the owners did. i dont eat burgers often and when i do, i think of it as a special treat. so my wife and i took a chance here since its by our house and their menu claims they use fresh ingredients. wrong. my burger was nothing but a bland frozen patty. the fries were also frozen and tasteless. i ordered my child a kids pizza (again, a rare treat) and it looked like a hill country fair frozen pizza. disgusting. my wife said the barbecue sauce was of the bottled variety, and not a good one. overall, this place was a big disappointment. and based on the claims in their menu (fresh quality ingredients), i feel lied to and swindled. lesson learned. dont eat here.

Silver Grill Cafe is a great joint. I go at least once a week. The outside patio has plenty of seating and the play scape is perfect for my kiddo. I usually get the Hawaiian Chicken or the Basil Tilapia. My wife loves the BBQ Quesadillas. My son has enjoyed all of the kid offerings, with sides of broccoli and/or fruit. Daily specials are just a bonus. Family owned and operated with a super friendly staff. Daiquiris, beer on tap, wine selection, etc. Dog-friendly too for our pooch. Give it a shot and be sure to let the owner Rehan know how it was. If theres anything wrong, hell make it right.

Did a take-out of their healthy Cali-omelette. It was pretty quick take-out and the guy taking my order was very gracious and even made sure when my order came out that it was correct. The omelette itself was just OK, nothing overly great. The house fries were a little lacking as they were either super smooshy or overly "not fully defrosted". My fruit was also pretty "meh". It was a pineapple, watermelon, melon mix that was pretty underwhelming. For $10, it was fine as I got their all day breakfast in the late afternoon, but I dont know that I would go out of my way for it.

We each ordered a margarita (which was VERY strong- the only thing that helped us through our meal), split 2 of their burgers, and their spinach artichoke dip which was $2 off on the day we came in. The food was bland, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and they never came to refill our waters which were much needed. Its not bad if you have kids with you, but as 2 adults trying to have a nice dinner, I wouldnt recommend this place. At 6pm on a Friday with hardly any tables, I would have expected the service to be better.

Food was terrible! Ordered the brisket and it was dry and looked like slices of roast beef. My wife ordered a hamburger and it tasted like a a frozen patty that was heated in the oven with no flavor. The spinach and artichoke dip was flavorless and I had to add salt myself. And it took 1.5 hours to get our food. The drinks were ok but its hard to mess that up. I really want to recommend it for the tv show save my restaurant because it has potential because of the location and atmosphere of the outside dining. But they need serious help.

Good food, not a good business model. They do not have wait service at lunch. This is aggravated by the extensive menu. Too many choices to have to stand in line to make a decision. Id much rather get a drink and an appetizer while I ponder the menu, with a server able to answer my questions. The menu descriptions talk about how delicious the product is, without mentioning the ingredients. I understand the chicken enchiladas are succulent, but I dont know what type of tortilla or sauce they come with. Guess Ill never know.

I decided to visit hear after buying a Groupon they had. The service was polite and friendly. The owner was working the tables and stopped for several minutes to chat with me about our mutual experience of owning a local business. The food was not amazing, but it was solid and good value for the price. The portions were also generous. The environment/ambiance was not particularly creative, but it was relaxing, clean, and overall pleasant. Some of the lunch specials looked like an especially good value.
