Good food but will not be returning to this place. Every time we my husband and I go here something is missing from our order , When we call and tell them about it they say some back up and get it . But after we get home it just isnt worth driving back the same day, So when you go back to get it they say they have no record of that. So I decided we are done wasting our money , paying for something you dont get .. So with that no matter how good the food is or nice the people are when you constantly keep getting ripped off just isnt worth it.

I have come to believe that they dont follow through with their hours of operation. Numerous occasions I have gone to only find the store closed for the night an hourly earlier than advertised on their store and online. And other occasions where I have gone 15-30 minutes after when they should be open to only find it closed and no one there. I can only assume they open whenever they feel like and close whenever they feel like it. I can only imagine how they havent had several complaints about it. It cant just be my imagination.

Store # 162 Granbury, TX Ordered kids chicken nuggents upgrade to curly fries....screwed up fries. I ordered #2 with curly fries & the burger was the dipping in the sause. Sause was all over the outside of the bun, the white wrapper was so full of sause that it was dropping on table. I appreciate a decent amount of lettuce but there was enough to make a small dinner salad on leaves. Will nit be back since employees have no pride in the product they give to customers.

They come up with some bullshit excuse that they cant refund my money for their EPIC mistake. The last few times I went their (drive through) I left with whatever they want to call a burger. Their friends were cold and soggy and because one sandwich was ordered plain does not mean ALL of the sandwich are to be made that way. This place and that kid thats a manager is a joke.

On several occasions I gave had to wait 15-30 mins for food. One night they even turned the lights off after I waited 45 mins in the drive thru to get my pregnant wife some food. Guy came out told me too bad. And asked me to leave. We will never buy from this place again

Foods good. Crappie service but not rude. The drive thru didnt know what was going on. Was more like they wasnt even listening to us when we got to window. Got out drinks wrong 3 times.
