It was raining yesterday and a kind lady from Chick-fil-a walked me and my four year olds out to our car, providing us with an umbrella. I repeatedly told her that she didnt have to, but she insisted. Politics aside, there are really nice people that work here. Theyve always been courteous, clean and quick. If only their company would get it together regarding gay marriage...(because those waffle fries are so good)

I ordered a green salad to replace fries like I always do and got some greens with raisins, it was AWFUL! I wanted a garden salad, not the crap they gave me. The clerk said that is what they substitute the salad for now. Well, its a big miss and you need to bring back the garden salad. Horrible experience. And unfortunately not the only one I have had from this location, I wont be back.

Its always busy, which is good for them. I find it weird that they have someone you actually have to talk to in order to take your order (like a person that stands there). I always order the same thing. Ive only ever had two chicken sandwiches and a soda. Ill go back.

Their dine in service is excellent but their drive through is an absolute disaster. They shut down large portions of the parking lot and make a confusing maze. Cant even properly access the handicap spots. It makes the location look ugly and unprofessional.

Came during the hurricane and service was still fast and friendly. Staff went above and beyond. A member even brought my potty training girl a stuffed cow for using the potty. CFA is always great and impressive.

Lately the lines at the drive thru are ridiculously long! Chicken sandwiches have not been cooked long enough, tasting raw! Customer service is starting to feel like Mc Donalds down the road, Rude!
