I have eaten at this location basically since they opened. I have hoped again and again that they would actually get their food right. Only to be disappointed time and and time again. They microwave EVERYTHING, if they could somehow microwave another microwave while microwaving the first microwave they would do it. Tonight was the final straw, ordered a peanut buster parfait. One of DQs old staples. What I got was a large cup FILLED with ice cream, tons of peanuts crammed in the bottom and a drop of hot fudge. Folks, If you pay for a menu item, you should get the menu item. If you have people working who do not know how to make whats on your menu TRAIN them. This location is hopeless. I will not waste another penny with this dismal outfit.

Closed before time to close the staff had already shut down the grill shut down the blizzard station the manager had already left some employees already out of uniform multiple employees using headphones. Yes I do understand that they want to go home but when hours are tell 11 p.m. you normally dont turn guest away before that.

we bought a hamburger and a salad. The hamburger was cold, the buns, the meat, just cold. We are living 2 minutes away from the location so they can blame the distant. We call to let them know just now and no one answers the phone then it disconnected. Manager needs to know that you are serving cold hamburger.

Waited for 30 minutes for blizzards. I walked to the counter and the staff were just sitting around chatting and goofing off... When I finally got someones attention they seemed flabbergasted that nothing was done. No one wanted to take responsibility for the issue either. Ice cream was too warm as well...

Mediocre at best. If youre in a hurry and nothing else is available then go ahead. I ordered a steak finger basket and got chicken. Then when they tried to fix it, they left out the fries. However, I think they left the fries out as a distraction from the fact that they didnt give me my drink.

The food is marginally good, certainly not on par with other DQs, and they consistently offer none of their advertised specials. No special food on offer from their commercials are available, and no special prices or deals. This location is a serious letdown. Very disappointing.

Been there 3 different times and ice cream is always melting. They never tur blizzards over to show theyre ice cold becuase theyre always melting. I went back to retun ice cream twice and it didnt matter because i still got melted ice cream. Food was cold and sloppy

As Dairy Queen goes, same stuff different location - love the chocolate dipped cones & the blizzards - the staff are friendly and help you get your order in a timely manner. If ya need a bite, stop in, if you want a treat, definitely stop in - lol

Had a good visit with friends to this Dairy Queen. Burgers are all fixed great. Fries were thick, Hot, and crispy. Blizzards were awesome. Bathroom needed a little cleaning. All in all a great visit.

Not friendly. They need to work on hiring friendly and at least respectful cashiers. The girl that was there when we went seemed like she was simply passing the time and collecting a paycheck.
