If the people at this location were moving any slower they would be moving backwards. Every table is dirty. Someone spilled a drink on the floor when i came in and i watched one employee spend ten minutes cleaning it ip by tearing off small bits of napkin from a roll. Once he had covered the area with tissue he walked to the back. Iv never seen another human being walk so slow. He gets a a to go bag and some plastic gloves. He slowly walks back to where the paper towels are lying on the ground, turns the plastic bag inside out to grab up the paper towels so he does not have to get his delicate fingers wet. 15 minutes later my food is finished but they just leave it on the food line. I had to ask one of them if that was my food and if it is can i please have it. This is the dirtiest and slowest Boston Market i have ever been to.

Horrible!!! I ordered turkey with green beans & sweet potato casserole. The turkey was extremely dry and tasteless. The green beans were flavorless. I see why they have the meat in a covered server. They dont want you to know the mess they are serving. When I called to complain the manager, Jennifer, never apologized just said bring the receipt back up anytime for a refund. I guess they are use to people complaining. The serving station was unkempt and I was standing on the wrong end but of course no one said anything or acknowledged me. I had this same meal 2 nites before in Meyerland and it was superb and so was the service. Do not waste your time or money at this location!! This place gets no stars from me.

The cashier seemed lost and I could barely hear her. I can get turkey and chicken or chicken and meatloaf but not turkey and meatloaf? Ridiculous. The fountain drinks werent working. When I asked why the answer I got was, "its not working cuz its got a new bag in it." Ridiculous AND senseless. My chicken was more of a pigeon. Im not impressed. I could have made much better use of my $20.

I ate dinner with my family on a friday afternoon. the crew needs more traning. they are very deshoriented as far as customer services goes. The manager has an attitude towards her own crew in front of customers. place was dirty and I saw some tables with food all over that needed to be cleaned. restroom was HORRIBLE. the food was O.K i Guess.

Fast service, friendly staff, really good soup with large chunks of chicken. Rotisserie chicken sandwich is very good and satisfying. It just needs to be cleaner inside. The glass windows and doors need cleaning. Makes the whole area look unkept.just make it look cleaner inside and out and it could get a 5 star.

Typical Boston market, decent speed through drive thru, but food was not fresh. The mac and cheese was ok but its popular. The green beans seemed like they had been sitting out all day, and the meat loaf had some tough dried out parts. I will return though, but mainly because I do like Boston market food.

Add Mexican style roast chickens to your daily menu for discount prices in the Houston market or prepare for one of the fattest cities in the world to physically and literally eat you alive and all of your employees. Literally boston markets always been my favorite. And i rarely write reviews but this place has the most unhappy angry people ive ever seen. Granted minimum wage sucks but dont take it out on me. Jeez

Received excellent customer service and the food was hot and fresh. The red potatoes were a bit undercooked, but the rest of the food was great. This location was also clean.

Terrible. Chicken strips were very thin over cooked and dry. Do not look anything like the pictures. Almost thin enough to be a very hard chip. A complete waste of money.
