Food was OK, although they burned the kids grilled cheese, luckily they arent too picky. As far as accountability though, I dont think you should make excuses, I ordered an iced coffee but it wasnt out anywhere so I asked about it. He said he would check on it since they should have brewed some this morning , never came back then I saw him again and asked. Oh they arent going to brew it, just pour hot coffee over ice. Ummmm... So I was a barista for a long time and if I wanted to pay too much for watered down coffee then I shouldve just stopped by any fast-food drive thru. So I requested a manager who instead of apologizing or fixing the problem says, the thing we brew it in leaks all over so we didnt brew it. Something that I am sure if ordered through corporate could be rectified quickly. Plus they could easily put it in one of a dozen carafs Im sure they have . I am from st Louis and always went the the "st Louis bread company" now that I am in Texas this is the 2nd location that I have had a similar problem with.

We order 3 Frontega chickens every time we go to Panera. Amazing sandwich, highly recommend anywhere but this location. Had hair in sandwich(they dont wear hairnets in the back, they wear hats so "sometimes hair will fall out by accident"...wonderful). Asked for a remake, chicken ice cold first time, 2nd time, ice cold, get money back. Hear the girl chirping in the back whos hair matched the hair in the sandwich, "its not rawwwwww"...well usually paninis are hot and that chicken is steaming. Im not trying to be mean here, but the putz manager had some lousy excuses, offered a free you pick 2 card, and putzed away. Not manager material. Sorry your team member didnt do her job and made your day bad. Dont go here.

Location is like a rollercoaster. Under old management it was never cleaned properly and the flies near their soda fountain were ridiculous. Now, under new management, they never seem to have enough of their staple bake goods like the three cheese souffle or blueberry scones. Also, I tried to stop by yesterday and they werent open yet, despite it being 10 minutes past their posted opening time. Quality of service and products has dipped across the board at every Panera over the last 2 years. What gives?

Excellent food and service!!! I got the "Pick 2" meal (Watermelon Feta salad and the Turkey Avacado BLT) . Very fresh, tasty, and not too heavy for a lunch. My wife also got a "Pick 2" ( Mac&cheese and the Turkey Avacado BLT). She said they were both excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact my wife started to clean up her place,after eating, and the gentleman cleaning tables said he would get it. He wanted us to just relax and enjoy our time here. VERY NICE!

Not really sure whats happened to Panera Bread lately but my last few orders my salads have been completely wrong. When they fixed my salad because of the old one they did in correctly they made the new salad incorrectly also. Got all the way to my job to see that it was missing everything my bad for not checking before I left. Really sad I use to love this one in Southlake.

This evening both mine and Susans orders had to be remade. Ingredients for my soup were incomplete and I was not told. Orange Scone hard.... Not soft as I have had in past.... Even second one. Cedrick was nice, but I had to request firmly soup be made right. Courtney probided fabulous assistance with kiosk!

We arrived near closing time. The server asked us if we wanted to sit, then told us not to. The portions were small and hastily thrown in the bag. Now, I know, it was near closing time, but that doesnt mean the quality of service should totally fall off the radar.

The food was really good. However, it took 15 minutes to get two cups of soup out to our table. The establishment was kind of dirty too. There werent very many clean tables to sit at. But again, the food was really good!

Probably will always be in my top 5 chain restaurants. Food is great. I love that you can order from kiosk. Great place to work on laptop. Private feeling seating. I have not had a problem with any of the staff.

You can order here using the tablets at the front of the restaurant and pick up your order from cubbies on the wall, all without interacting with humans! Its fantastic. The food is great, and the service is quick.

Panera has good, reliable food. However, this location is simply too small for the amount of traffic they get. If you are ordering "to go," then go here. Otherwise, dont be surprised if there are no seats.

I have always loved Panera Bread, and this is a great location. The people are always very friendly to me. I sometimes stay for hours to study, and they dont seem to mind. Of course, the food is amazing!
