Im still waiting on my order they said wld be here 30min ago. <-- bc of this review.. after i tried calling the only 800 number multiple times and got no answer, i then drove all the way up there, as i am simply trying to feed my kids like anyone else, they tell me it will be an additional 15min so i waited patiently then the manager told his worker to tell me that my order was canceled only due to my review!? Is this even legal!? I have NEVER left a bad review anywhere in my life! EVER! I will def be letting everyone know how terrible their service is as i asked to speak to that manager and he came out just to show me the door. Pathetic. Thank God im moving. Zero stars for this place. Responding to your sad response.... i told u that u gave me ONE free item not itemS before, thats why i was shocked to get your more than unprofessional mannerism towards me as u had a very sad demeanor the second u walked out ready to dismiss anything i had to say after u tried to get an employee to do the dirty work for u by telling me my order was canceled. i was trying to feed my family when your website told me you would deliver at 1139a and i called several times until i had to go up there myself and still was willing to wait for u. I got zero apology from this. I do not care about the donuts as Krispy kreme and Duncan are of course way better than these anyways it was just closer at a time when i was in a rush and needed to feed my family. I do not appreciate being treated so poorly and will be sure to tell this area to not waste their time here. Very bad customer service and terrible management skills here talking to their customers here. Just read their responses to the other customers! Do NOT waste your time here. The donuts are hard like a precious post claimed. They probably did not have half the items anyways just like last time i was here which is why i got that one free hot chocolate. Again it was just close and i thought they delivered on time. Jokes.

Fyi owner deleted all his nasty coments to me so not everyone could see his true colors lol wow just wow what a character......In respondes to this mad man owner! You do nothing but lie. Anyone that reads your insane way you talk to people will be smart enough to stay away anyway. You need mental help seriously. You need to fact check yourself. I can provide payments for every time we ordered your nasty food. GROW UP! never asked for free food you idiot. And i happen to drive by your location on the way to work and saw you hadnt been open i simpled looked at reviews to see if had closed. Then i felt someone needed to say something to help your nasty aditude against your other customer. I also threw youre nasty food away never ate it but I wasnt going to say anything just brushed it off but I read youre comments and felt it needed to be said. Also BTW I didnt order my wife did for us. You also begged for us to order again to make up for your terrible service to us since you are a new company. I stand by my review sorry you dont like it....im not sure if they are even in business anymore due to the fact they have been closed for days and it seems to have no open day in the near future but Ive ordered twice from this place. The donuts are terrible. The first time I thought OK maybe a bad day like an old batch. The 2nd time I got donuts, Apple fritter and sausage rolls. Once again donut tasted old, the Apple fritter was just cut up dough and maybe 2 pieces of apples and the sausage rolls tasted like cheap bologna in Pillsbury dough. No Im not an owner of a competitive shop as you suggested another negative commenter was. Im just a unhappy customer that also agrees you are over priced.

I did an online order for delivery, and after waiting for an hour called to ask when our order would be delivered. The lady told me it would be another 45 minutes so I asked if I could pick it up instead. I only live 1 mile from the shop. When you do an online delivery order with a credit/debit card you have to add the tip at that time because it says you can not add tip after card is processed. I asked if I could get the money back that I put on for a tip and she said they would put it back on my card. We waited for a few minutes for the lady to put our order together and then we drove home. Kolaches were cold and burnt, donut holes were thick round balls of dough that were very dense, apple fritter was a huge ball of dry dough. Needless to say my family picked the sausage out of the Kolaches and threw away the breading. The apple fritter was picked at and then thrown away, and I just bit of the part of donut hole that has the icing drizzled on it. This was a total waste of money seeing as how more than 50% of it was thrown in the trash. My family will never eat there again.

Is this even open anymore? I placed an order through door dash to have these donuts delivered for a work meeting. Thought it would be fun and different than just regular glazed. Only to find out 1 hr after I placed my order they were closed and my order was cancelled. They failed to inform DoorDash of the closure so the driver only knew because he got the store and it said closed. Even know on the web it said they were open. Not only was it a huge let down for all those at my meeting, but what terrible customer service. If you are going to advertise your hours actually keep them. You cant just work when you feel like it... no successful business it run that way. Then again I guess that is why their website doesnt work any longer and they show their hours as only being 2 days a week from 2am-9am, but still arent even open then. This place is a joke. Dont waste your time ordering or driving up there.. they wont be open even if its advertised they are. This place is a disappointment that could have been such success.

As a current employee I have to set the record straight. We all sign NDA’s to protect the recipe and method the donuts are made. In this case I hope they will forgive me. I’m calling out this guy Rolando who goes by the name “Blaze” but is afraid to tell the truth. I’m a cashier and he was a delivery driver who’s cell phone was turned off so every time a delivery was needed we had to go to google maps so he could do his job. Also after 2 days “his” car broke down and caused a customer to have a bad experience because it was late. Finally he left us short by not coming to work and we just got paid. Now I see he is having his friends say all kinds of stuff like a coward instead of being a man. These Owners have given me money out of their own pocket for gas and to help me when my power was off. They have taken care of me and my kids and I respect them for it.
