I was in this afternoon (02/22/2016) in the 3 oclock hour. There was only one employee (female) in the store besides myself (the patron) and it was doomed from the start. She didnt greet me not even with a smile and made me wait for 5 minutes while she completed her task. In fact, she told me she would get to me when she was done. Then when she was ready, I explained I needed 3 items. She seemed irritated that I was there let alone asking for more than one thing. I wanted to double check on one of the orders that the strawberries and pecans were mixed in and she said "I already did that". I had another questions about a subsequent order and she simply said "Yeah!" It was apparent she wasnt fond of her job let alone keen on customer service. ICE CREAM LOVERS BEWARE.

Cold stone is cold stone and this experience wont stop me from eating it or going here...but the woman who assisted me had an attitude...asked me if i wanted anything mixed, i told her and she said in the most monotone voice "okay" with minimal eye contact or customer rapport. When we got to the register (there were about 3 sets of customers behind us and a big one, about 7, still being helped) she sat there and chatted with one other team member for about 3 minutes before even looking at me and then asking about my military discount, taking even longer to get this transaction complete. Like i said, ill still go here, but customer service needs to be worked on.

The only reason Im giving a 3 star its for the ice cream..the person who took my order put in my requesr(i heard her) they gave me someone elses order how do i get a choco lava cake when i requested a brownie a la cold ..the guy at register wants to argue and say. Its the same thing just needs carmel and nuts which he put and i tried eating but it wasnt what i order.. The guy in front of me order that and they delayed his order...what a disappointment for being rhe first time.

Its usually good service, quality desserts and attitude. Today, weve been standing in line for 15 minutes. They have one young lady working the ice cream scooped and 4 others employees laughing and standing around the register. While there is a long line to the door. I mentioned something to the young lady at the register and she looked at me, laugh and continue their party. Even my son said to just go. I hope upper management and ownership train their employees better.

First time at this Cold Stone. Stood in line as the staff took the orders of 1 person in front of me and 3 people behind me before I stated that i was in line as well. Staff didnt see to care and seemed like i needed to go to the back of the line. Completely overlooked. Not sure what I did to deserve that treatment. Just came into the store with my friends wanting ice cream. Never got to order.

It was my wifes birthday and she wanted coldstone..i drove 30 mins away and called ahead and told them will be reaching by 11. Reached at exactly 11:01 and the manager closed the door on my face because they close at 11pm. With just one minute over..without taking into considertaion my 30 minute drive...Pathetic customer service !

I absolutely love your Lotta Coffee Latte, but I was very disappointed last night when I went in and bought one. The cup was only 3/4 of the way full and 1/4 of that was foam The girls seemed to be very disorganized and a little lost. Going forward I will stick to the day shift.

I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could.I received a cake with blonde hair and when I returned the cake, they said it was "corn syrup".They also stated it was my black hair,which obviously it wasnt because my hair isnt blonde.

Amazing icecream. Flavors and combos you wont find anywhere else. One person scoops out your choice and throws it across the shop to the one that prepares it. THROWS IT! So much fun to watch. Really cool little place all around.
