Most horrible experience I ever have. When you asked an employee if the store is open at 8.30 pm and he replies yes but we just clean the dinning area dont make it dirty again. I was so shocked I didnt even understand it was a racism or laziness of the employee. We were coming from a long day trip totally exhausted and saw our favorite chicken place chicken express. We parked and came out of our vehicle and its almost 12 of us. Store looked quiet and its 8.30 pm. One employee outside fixing the trash bag, So I asked him if the store still open and he replied yes but we just clean the dinning area dont make it dirty again. We went inside the store and tell the other employee about the incident and looked like she doesnt care even. We immediately left the store and drove extra 5 mile and went to chicken express at grapevine on northwest hwy and they were super nice and spent $70 on food. I really feel sorry for the owner of the Southlake store for having employee like this.

Cashier read back an entirely different order than what I said. Ordered a Dr Pepper she reads back sweet tea then I somehow ended up getting a Diet Coke. Ordered French fries got two containers which each had 50% gravy and 50% mashed potatoes. Overall awful experience and I love chicken express normally

Horrible food! Ordered 20 piece tenders, half are shriveled up and looked like they can be thrown into the trash. To the people who work there, would you even server that to your family? Why would you think somebody paying for their food would be OK with that? Seriously!

Rudest service ever! I thought Id found a great place to drive through for lunch and then the order taker came over the intercom and was incredibly rude and then she was rude again at the window I will never ever return

Literally every time I come my food is cold. EVERY TIME. I dont know whats going on but if I order food I expect it to be good the first time. Love chicken express but this location is bad.

this chicken e is hit or miss, its always lightning fast, the location is awesome, and (sometimes) the foods the best chicken e Ive ever had, but... sometimes its pretty terrible
