I used to go to Chicken Express every day for lunch when I went to Trinity. I became incredibly addicted to their fries at that time and since I graduated (in 2013) Ive made return trips for a family order of fries. Today (02/28/2017) I went to their order bins and order a family order of fries. It came out to $4.64. These fries are NOT what they used to sell. Its pure batter, no salt, taste like card board fries. I called the Chicken Express to ask when theyd made the change and was GOING to ask whether or not it was temporary. I believe the man said his name was Bruce? Yeah his tone suddenly changed from pleasant to jerk in 2 seconds. He became sarcastic and condescending. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY) and I wont be returning.

I tried this location for the first time today during their lunch hours. My cashier was awesome but my order ended up being wrong. After sending it back to have it corrected the manager came out to ask whos food it was. I informed him it was mine, he proceeded to drop my food down on the counter and walked away. I rated this location poorly because of the manager and his lack of customer service skills. His actions were quite rude. Im not sure if it was because he was busy or if it was the color of my skin that he could not hand me my food like all the other customers. The food was fresh and hot.

I ordered a 3 piece dark (thighs) lunch special with fries and a lrg hlf/hlf tea. SERVICE was GREAT! FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! It was WARM, GREASY/Slimy (Not fresh), had a HORRIBLE TASTE to it and VERY BLAND! The FRIES tasted like OKRA. So most likely they using the same oil. They were burnt but at the same time GREASY like they were reheated. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. DIDNT EVEN EAT ONLY THING I GOT TO ACTUALLY HAVE WAS MY TEA. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL! SAVE UR MONEY! WORST ONE I HAVE BEEN TO!

I go to this Chicken Express instead of the one in Irving. I love their drive-ins. I live in Irving and the biggest reason I go here is because when you order a family sized side of fried pickles, they will fill the box up, unlike in Irving. Only reason its not 5-star is because their drive-through is as slow as their drive-in and one time I ordered fried pickles here and they tasted like old oil.

They must put something addicting in their chicken tenders! And their sweet tea is some of the sweetest around. I grew up drinking sweet tea in Georgia, and I have to mix theirs half and half with unsweet so I dont feel like Im drinking syrup. Also love the fried okra. And the management has always been great about supporting my daughters school.

Ordered 7 tenders with ranch dressing. Woman came out with a box, "7 tenders with ranch dressing! :)" so i was pretty convinced they could get even that right. Inget half way home, finally cave to hunger, to find no ranch dressing anywhere, and my roll smashed on top of the gravy container. Thanks Chicken Express. Customer service at its finest.

By far the worst of the fast-food chicken franchises. The chicken was undercooked with soggy breading and bland flavor, and the side items are absurdly expensive considering how meager the helpings are. Oh, and the inedible biscuits are really mangy -- youd think it impossible to screw up biscuits, but Chicken Express certainly manages to.

Nice place just dont go there after school lets out, otherwise you run the risk of getting jumped or shot. Honestly everything there is overpriced, this isnt Chick Fil A this is Chicken Express, but life pro tip ask fort he Trojan Meal its 4 tenders, 1 side, gravy, and a large drink for $5.75.

Sitting here for over 10 MIN in drive thru everyone behind me is getting their food and no on what even come to get my money. Is this how this location always is? This is quite ridiculous and honestly just unacceptable I wish there was a location closer to bedford other then this location.

The wait in the drive thru was ridiculously long for some hot wings. No one to say it might be long the just walked by to the other cars that came AFTER me...needs more workers or better customer service skills wont be returning. Also the food was un appealing wings were extremely dry.

I always order the number 1 and get an extra tender, you are making me happy with this =D. The chicken is always great, 1 day it was dry but that 1 out of 6 times so far. always ordering through the drive thru and its fast so i love that. Rolls have always been phenomenal!

First i asked for 15 chicken tenders and got three that was fixed but i also asked for 4 jalapeno ranch dips and got 4 jalapenos instead that was never fixed because i didnt know they sold peppers, not happy cause now i gotta eat this chicken with no dip.

Nasty. The chicken is flavorless and undercooked, with soggy breading. And the side orders are just as forgettable. Plus, the prices are outrageous. And how in the world can you screw up a frigging biscuit this BAD? Stay clear of this place.

This place is slightly above average. I have never had a bad tasting or undercooked piece of chicken here. Dublin Dr Pepper is so worth the extra effort. And the staff is local and entertaining. But they could use some more character.

Good chicken nuggets and regular fried chicken. Sides are hot and fresh. Sweet tea is above average. Consistent quality but not as good of a recipe as Golden Chick although very good. Can be a little pricey to get what you want.

Employees did not know their own menu. They would disagree with us until we read their menu to them. After pulling forward, they informed us that they were out of chicken. At 11:45 in the morning. Will never go back.

Clean new construction! The only reason I wont give any chicken express a higher rating is due to the blane tastes they produce. If you looked up the antonym for southern chicken it would be chicken express.
