My family and I were traveling from San Antonio at the end of spring break, when we wanted to stop and eat dinner. Bill Miller BBQ in Seguin, TX. was just the right place, something for everyone, at a good price. Nice family atmosphere, great ribs, chicken, BBQ sandwich, and chicken fry. The kids really liked it, and put the food away. Recommend eating there. About an hour and half down the road, my fourteen year old daughter, informed me we had to go back to Bill Miller BBQ, she had left her purse. I of course responded “are you crazy”. From the receipt we got the phone number and gave them a call, the manager informed me that they did find my daughters purse, we did verify that it contained the typical 14 year old girl stuff: Blackberry, Digital Camera, I-Pod, hair brush… The manager took our name and address, and a few days later the purse arrived in the mail. These people are great; it’s not often these days that you come across people with such integrity. Kudos to the management and staff at the Bill Miller BBQ in Seguin, TX. Store #68 on IH 10. Thank You Very Much.

With a name containing BBQ in it in some form, youd expect ribs to be a big part of the menu. However, this is not the case... the name raised my expectation then it killed me when I saw the menu. There was no rib tips, no collard greens, and no cornbread. The cashiers had to give me suggestions on where I could buy such foods. But I just ordered a beef brisket "Poor Boy" (which should have given it away when they didnt call it a "Po Boy") and a side of creamed corn. The best part was the creamed corn. The "Poor Boy" was very poor, it was dry flavorless meat with what seemed to be a light covering of some (mostly ketchup) BBQ sauce. I dont think Ill ever return, this is NOT BBQ...and definitely not worth the expensive prices.

Stopped there a couple years ago and told myself not to go back again. Being a truck driver with an oversized load I was able to park at the lot across the street and ended up going there again to once again have same experience as before. This is not a BBQ restaurant this is a precooked fast food restaurant and the portions are ridiculous. I felt like I wanted to go McDonalds but being a truck driver you got to watch it otherwise youll be overweight when you get to the scales.

My son and I are from Colorado came down to Texas for BBQ and stopped by the first place we saw and this was hands down the worst bbq. The fried chicken was decent but the crust in the chicken was too thick and made eating hard like cutting in to plate armor and water was cold so star for cold water. The sauce was tomato water and the over all food was bland and tasteless. I came to Texas for some adult bbq and I got the equivalent to McDonalds.

Polite staff, food was ok. The coleslaw was very heavy on the vinegar but the other sides are pretty tasty. We stopped by on the way back to Galveston, they were locking up in about 10 minutes, but they still took care of us without any issue. Brisket was very tender and tasty. Over all it was worth the stop and definitely a quaint family friendly little place

Quality of food and Portion sizes diminishing over the years.... not impressed by the prices for the portion paid for.... I personally grew up from store number one on Clark Street and have been faithful to Bill Millers throughout the years but I must say that in the past few years things have obviously declined..... I am left disappointed and saddened

Ordered special of 3 ribs, cole slaw, potato salad, french fries & iced tea for $8.49. Great price, but the food tasted only so-so. The ribs were a lot of gristle & fat. The cole slaw tasted mostly like vinegar. The potato salad was bland. The fries were good. The bbq sauce tasted more like tomato sauce. Would not go back or recommend.

Not impressed. Poboy bbq sandwich only had a few pieces of meat. You would think that when you order a sliced beef sandwich, the meat you put on it would be what you would want to represent your name in a contest. This looked like leftovers pices mixed with bbq sauce and reheated.

We dont live in the area anymore so we love to grab some when we come home for a visit. This time I accidentally left my purse on the back of the chair, I called in a panic and the manager kept it safe for me for the 3 hours it took me to get back! True integrity! I am grateful!

Worst experience ever they messed up my order and the manager David came out and started yelling at me. Yes yelled!! Told me that was not what I ordered and I had it wrong, really I dont know what I ordered. This place has a serious management problem.

Go early. After 8PM or so, they are out of many things. The creamed corn side and hash browns here are very good. The BBQ is standard Bill Miller. Brisquet is on the dry side and sausage casing is tough. Flavor is a bit bland over all.

Bad cut brisket and found hair inside the meal( ordered to go) Staff not polite and no patience. I was first time customer. I just can not believe among so many bbq places that they dont even try to be better... will not come back again

I travel with my family all over and weve been to a lot of good and bad BBQ places. Great customer service from the cashier, food was ok. I had better but, I also had worst. Good amount of food, BBQ sauce not too good.

The BBQUE is good, but the homemade hasbrowns and onions are amazing. Tastes like mama used to make. Also the tangy coleslaw is a refreshing change from the overly sweet slaw found in the chain stores.

Someone once said, "Barbque is like beauty, its all in the eyes of the beholder". Whats your pleasure? I like a different kind of Bar-B-Que. This just wasnt it for me. But, hey, you might like it.

Great place! My parents go there so often the entire staff knows them. Starting to know us, too. Always more than sufficient food. Today, I hadnt even got to the table and the order was ready.

cold, soggy fries, minute amount of bbq beef on bun, yucky cole slaw, just not good at all. Seemed like a fast food place with a different menu. Better off going to MacDonalds. Never again.
