We dont usually spend more than $10 a plate when were looking for a place to eat out (outside of very special occasions) since were a young, college-aged couple. Last night, however, we attended a White Elephant party with my boyfriends coworkers at this location. We had never been to Longhorn (Texas Roadhouse fits our budget better) before, and though I was dismayed by the prices, the Parmesan Crusted Chicken was probably the most delicious thing Ive ever tasted. It probably helped that I was super hungry (seriously though, who schedules a dinner party at 8:30?), but I was seriously impressed with how everything tasted (loaded mashed potatoes, a House salad, their complimentary bread). Our servers, Taylor and an adorable blonde girl whose name I didnt catch (she served the other side of our big table), were both super friendly. I just had a delicious experience, so I felt inclined to review. Table of 17 (they didnt automatically include gratuity, by the way). Sat down at 8:30 on a Saturday night.

June 22 was a slow night but they appeared to be short staffed and service sufferere for it. It was 20 plus minutes to be seated at a table that had been ready the entire time and placing our order took another 20+. The young man greeting guests was also trying to bus tables which meant that we sat surrounded by dirty tables. The food was good as usual but one of our party of five received a ribeye that was still chilled and nearly raw in the center although it had been ordered medium rare. They did take it back to the kitchen but that caused the outside to be rock hard and the center just barely medium rare. This is the second time we have experienced service issues at this restaurant, we will continue visiting Longhorn Steakhouses but not this one. There is a reason there is a line at all of the other Creekside restaurants but not Longhorn.

we went in last night and the food was not good at all very disappointed I have got to say that I was expecting allot more quality but nope it was not there the waitress we had was awesome beautiful looking place but the quality of the food was not there our steak was not cooked to medium rare it was very rare the mashed potatoes looked and tasted as if they had been sitting in the heat and had started to rot and there Cesar salad was not fresh at all there chicken fried steak was more batter than meat I have got to say I have always had great tasting food at Texas Road House and never disappointed sad to say I will never come to Longhorn Steak House again

Decided to try Longhorn Steakhouse because it was very close to our house. Our waitress was amazing, to start with. She was very nice and talked with us throughout our time. But the food and the drinks were mediocre at best. I ordered a pina colada and it wasnt blended properly, it was extremely chunky and wasnt sweet at all. I asked for my steak to be cooked to medium (hot pink center) and I received a steak that was almost completely dark red throughout the entire thing. The steak tasted as though it hadnt been seasoned at all, just slapped on the grill. Wont be coming back. Will drive the extra distance to go to Texas Roadhouse instead

Came to celebrate fathers day early and my kids were already hungry the host was so nice and offered some teddy grams for my children while we waited to get a table, which I thought was so sweet once we arrived our table our server took our drink orders and also took the kids order so it could come out first. And they came out promptly along with our apitizers. Our meals were made perfectly and we received refills before our glasses were empty our server was also holding a conversation with my 3 year old son who has a speech delay instead of ignoring him compared to other places that we have been to. I WILL return to this location again.

I stopped in for a late lunch at 2. Usually during staff turnover most places have iffy service. Not here. Brandi the bartender was prompt, courteous, and intensely knowledgeable about the menu. The ribeye I ordered rare and it was spot on perfect. I didnt even need to add salt or pepper. It was among the best steaks I have had in some time. Definitely try the Black Cherry Fudge Cake too. If I didnt live 4 hours away in Houston this would be my go-to steakhouse.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the flavor of the steak here! I usually find that restaurants under-season their meat and Im left trying to fix it with sauce of some kind, but the steak I had here was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and perfectly delicious. Id pay the cost every time. Also the bread is amazing, just saying

Our visits here was outstanding. Christina and Josh was great!!! We had the t-bone and the porter house steak and baked sweet potatoes. I rate this as our number one steak house!! We will be back for more. If you want Steak that you can enjoy every bite, with number one service this is the place to go!

We were blessed when the Longhorn Steakhouse opened in New Braunfels, before we drove over to San Marcos to Salt Grass. We live right down the road and eat there often. When friends are visiting we are glad to take them there where the food is wonderful and the staff is GREAT.

My wife eats here several days a week for lunch. She loves the Filet & Broccoli, I like the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Spaghetti Squash. The service in the bar booths is excellent, fast and friendly, and always with a smile. Good food, service, prices, worth the time and $$

First off, you mean that bread was the appetizer? I could fill up on the bread alone. Then we move on to their specialty... the stake has always been good when I have ate it. Also one time I ate healthier and their broccoli was better than any broccoli I have ever had.

Overall very good restaurant. However, I did have a bowl of shrimp and lobster chowder and it was cold. But the rest of the food and service were excellent, all at a very reasonable price. Oh, yeah.... their cheesecake was also excellent!!!!! Ill be back!!!!!! :)

Ate there a few weeks ago. Good food, large portions, and nice staff. Will be eating there again shortly. Others may complain about price but they are clearly marked on the menu and online so I dont see the problem you pay for a good meal and atmosphere. :)

Really good experience at the Longhorn Steakhouse. I went before the dinner time rush and on a Sunday so we pretty much had to restaurant to ourselves. The service was great and the meal was great. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Very disappointing 70.00 dollar dinner with poor service and wrong order.drive from Austin to try the fillet and received salmon and lobster....couldnt get refills and no one paid attention to us. Will never return for the money the money spent

Ive never had a bad experience here. I did receive the wrong steak once but the waitress admitted her mistake and brought me the correct one plus discounted our bill. The food is great and always hits the spot. The drinks are really good too
