Last night I stopped at the truck stop over there to sleep for the night. Woke up to a big oil leak on my truck I went inside and ask the front cashier if I could get a diagnosis and how much it would be to fix it. Well they end up charging 200 and something dollars two point and tell me where it looks like the leak is coming from. Hell any obvious any little kid can look at it and tell where the leak looks like its coming from, what we wanted to know was where exactly was it coming from. They billed me for .8 of an hour. And spent about 9 minutes looking at the truck. I didnt get anything done. They provided no service. I dont know what it is exactly that this mobile repair service center does. But I know what they did to me if they charge me 200 and some odd dollars for doing absolutely nothing. As a truck driver I wouldnt recommend this place to any competent person that needs a correct diagnosis. Theres all these certification signs all over the building. Dont be fooled. Its a rip-off waiting to happen. Just trying to look out for fellow owner operators. We chose to just buy a bunch of oil to get it on back to the yard. And this company has the audacity to sell me refilled empty 1 gallon oil jugs there were already open with oil spill all down the side of them. Im not sure what kind of respectable business would do this. Im telling you right now if you think these people are going to look out after your truck dont be fooled. This place is like a monkey guarding the bananas. They must be used to ripping off the big carriers with company drivers who dont care. If I could go back I would refuse payment.

The worst place Ive ever been, at first I was trying to get fuel so I had to stand in line for about 10 min just to get my pump started, while one of the workers was sitting in the corner texting, when I had fueled the same thing happened to get my fuel receipt, then I went to the service shop to get a tire changed on my truck at around 5:30 and the ladie working in there with the name Ashton Frias acted so rude as if she wouldnt want any customers to come in there the rudest person Ive ever seen, with all 6 bays open, she told me she could get me in at 10:00, so I went back and parked waiting for 10 o clock but she never called so I called in at around 10:45, and she put me on hold for about 10 min till I hung up, and a little after 11 I called back and she told me witch Bay to go to, so I went there and waited another hour till they started changing a tire, when I checked out the lady was gone but some guy (Ricky Broun) checked me out witch took him about 45 min, he was just as rude as the lady, by 3:30 in the morning I was finally out of there. There restrooms in the store smell wors then a hug barn and dirty. Will never go back.

The cashiers at the store, not so friendly, but the manager was the worst. I went to the store to buy a nail puller tool I couldnt find the flat ones so I bought the rod type, then I went to the service shop for PM service and I found the flat nail puller and I bought it. when I went back to the store to return the rod type the cashier told me I cannot return it b/c I left the store 20 min ago so may be I have used it. I ask her to see and tell me if I used it, she couldnt find any mark of being used so she showed me a tiny mark on the side of the tool, why would I use a nai puller on its side, I asked for a manager. The manager, you can tell her ignorance by her attitude, I started to explain to her, she didnt let me finish she said "that tool has been used" you havent even seen it, do you even know how to use a nai puller. I asked her name she said "Kathleen ". I took the tool to the service shop (very nice people by the way ) I told him the story, he told me that tool hasnt been used and I can return it at any TA stors, so he asked me which one I wanted to keep and took the other one back and refunded me.

Horrible and rude customer service from the second shift heavy set guy. The ladies in the morning apparently didnt properly relay info to him or so he said. After observing them torque my lugnuts. The tire guy said theyd have me out in a minute. After 30 minutes I asked him and he cut me off like other customer before I could finish. He said "theyre writting comments". 30 minutes later he asked another customer if he was me. Good thing I heard him and told him again that was me. He said "oh they were only torqueing lugnuts, I didnt know. This paper has been here no one told me". He was also rude to man working on a forklift who needed oil to fix their equipment. The gentlemen even asked to speak to mgmt. He told him no mgmt was there and ignored him. After he finished with me then he made a call and got his oil. So unprofessional and rude.

Mens bathroom has gone into a state of disrepair. I looked at 3 stalls before finding one that would latch the door closed. One frame was almost completely off the wall, literally. The hand soap dispenser I used is broken and difficult to get soap out of. I bought two polish hot dogs, but all they had were pretzel buns, no regular buns. What, no choice of a regular bun anymore? I dont like the pretzel buns; theyre too dense. I got my truck serviced here. The service was fast and friendly. But they didnt un-chock my wheels before I left. So I removed the chocks. I guess thats something I need to check for from now on. Over all, excellent customer service. I just couldnt believe the state of the bathrooms. Oh...and the smell! Perhaps their deodorizers also arent working.

The showers are good, food is ok. The mechanics suck. I have been told 3 hours job. Came in at 3:00 pm, left 5:00 AM next day. Had to replace my starter. Brought one with me. The mechanic confessed this was his first time. I had to show him to remove video from YouTube. He blew my fuses, i had check engine lights in for 8 sensors. Had to pay almost 2000$ to local volvo dealer to fix TAs f. up. So, unprofessional. If anyone stops there even oil change, DO NOT CHANGE it there. Not worth it. They need more qualified mechanics. I could install my starter with successfully blowing my fusebox and sensors.

This ta was decent. One of the better TAs in the country. The only problem I have was their specialty Buffet kicks. Their specialty Buffet is everyday all because they have bad cuts of steaks on the buffet and charge you $13.99 for all you can eat. In my opinion steaks should not be on a buffet unless you have a whole steak with someone slicing it and putting it on your plate. Other than the high prices for the buffet the food was good. I paid $13.99 for fried chicken and a few vegetables. I think Ill start eating at the Popeyes from now on until they go back to the normal price for the buffet.
