I went there just for fries, and they barley gave me any....they were cold, I could have multiple frays 100s more for 1$ but I didnt get barley any. They did give me extra fryed peppers. But thats it... This is why I cook for myself. Disappointed spent almost eight bucks and I could have bought more for my money.

If you are a regular Jack In The Box customer you will notice the difference between this one and others. The food is mostly horrible. The employees be so caught up in their little personal conversation that they pay little to no attention to you or your order....which the will constantly get wrong.

Literally waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that i was at the counter. Asked someone for service and no one cared to help. After that it still took a good 10 minutes for some churros to be made. Terrible and frustrating service. I will never come here again.

Everythime I show up I have to wait about 5 min to have my order taken. The cook looks at me every time and says nothing. There are 2 people in drive through talking about their guy problems. Need better service. Food is great but takes forever to get it.
