where do I start.. I went in to watch a spurs game. Like its televised and announced , when and where and what time they play right? I was willing to just stand around and watch the game with a cold beer. The beer was cold , I personally went to the bar to get it . Fabulous bartenders !!!! she knew that when she saw me i wasnt regular and needed service she was quick to get my beer. So I waited 45 min to get sat , which i was surprised. I was told 2 hours even with all the empty tables around that were dirty. So I sat and when the waitress came and greeted me I asked for another beer and chips and queso with salsa because i wasnt sure if i would get another . this has happened to me before here. She smiled and left. 15 min went by nothing . she attended all the new people but never followed up . so 45 min later no chips and salsa and beer and the game was over. She came to my table and asked if i was ready for my check. I said yes since i hadnt gotten my beer or chips . she seemed surprised. ...LOL .. she said the kitchen had been messing up all night. Blaming the kitchen is never good , since the server can pour salsa and get chips out of the bin. How can you screw that up.I asked who was the mgr . she said SHE was in the kitchen and didnt have time to come out. Figures why the FOH was all screwed up. I have been in this Restaraunt industry for 30 yrs and to notice everthing going on around was an embarrassment to any owner. Servers arguing with I think are thier boyfiends and some even with the busboys that is macking with the servers and making rude comments and unwanting gestures. You can dress these girls in all the provacative garments but in the end you will only be known for that and not quality or service and surely class. I went to give my check to the mgr in the kitchen who happend to be on her phone(checking the weather im sure) and left my paid tab with her. And left . Maybe new mgmt is needed , not sure. wont go back , wiliingly. Unless to see what they wear this time. LOL .

Okay where do I begin. It was a Sunday there was about 5 guests in the whole place. All the girls huddled around the front door. We had a party of 8 and asked to sit on the patio. The server finally came to the table to take our order. She went around the table to take everyones order. Meanwhile an employee sitting with a guest and drinking with him for all to see was inappropriate, 3 of there beers later here comes 3 girls out with our food. They come to the table and act totally confused and auctioned off all of the food at our table??? Surely they know seat numbers. Well all the food comes out minus my burger. Server comes over and asks me where is my burger? Wish I new? She was going to check on it. One of my party had steak salad, asked for it to be medium rare. Came out well done. She asked for them to remake the steak because the well done was too tough to chew. Finally my burger came out, it was not good. Best thing we ate was the fries. The menu was very limited, service seriously lacking, not anything like it was portrayed on the TV special about the business. Obviously it supposed to be about the scenery but even that was lacking. For being a Sunday and dead in there it was ridiculous. Will definitely not visit this location again, maybe better luck at a different location.

I gotta say I was not impressed with my experience. Our waitress, Robin, was not attentive, in fact seemed annoyed with us. When sat down, I got offered an appetizer and she got our drinks right away. We received our appetizer when seemed very well. My Long Island tea was extremely strong, I couldnt even finish it. I got the chicken fried chicken with a salad and fries. I got my salad after I got my food. The other people I was with got the Mamas pot roast, which was mostly fat, and ask for a salad instead of green beans. She got green beans and we had to ask for the salad. The waitress was immediately defensive and blamed the kitchen staff. Another person got the sirloin steak and mash with broccoli. It had no flavor in it but was cooked correctly. My boyfriend got the BBQ Burger who was disappointed due to lack of flavor. Our waitress did not check on us while we were eating or offer us condiments for the steak, fries, and there wasnt even pepper or salt on the table. She finally checked on us 10 minutes AFTER we finished. If you enjoy twin peaks, dont come to the 151/410 location. Severely disappointed.

Weve been going to this location, with our family, for years. Weve had minor problems here and there, but overall food and service are good. My issue is with the clientele recently. If youre going to a restaurant during dinner hours, to a place that has a separate kids menu, every other word out of your mouth should not be the "F" word. Today, we had 4 different groups sitting on either side of us cursing horribly. One group was a young 20-something pair of guys, another was a group of flamboyant "retail" workers complaining about their clients, the third was a group of teachers (wish I could have seen the name of the school), and the last were 4 new recruits (I say new because they were young and didnt know what the server meant when she asked about having their beer dressed.). Four different groups, 4 different age groups, at least 3 different careers. Im disappointed. The servers and runners heard, but said nothing. I did not feel comfortable speaking up to the clientele. I dont think well be back if this is who Twin Peaks is marketing to. Its a shame.

Love this place for lunch, they give 50% off to military in uniform, however the last time we went we were sitting there for about 45 minutes and our food was nowhere in sight and then they brought us our food rather disgruntled in to-go boxes. I had ordered bread pudding and somehow a fried pickle made its way into my to-go box. Was rather disgusting. also Ive been there at night, are there meatloaf and asked if I could get it without mushrooms, since Im allergic to them and they took the time to go back and ask the chef, happily reporting back that they could do that. But when I got my meatloaf one little mushroom made it onto the plate and I pointed it out to the bartender and she kinda just just laughed. Well I go back? More then likely yes just because you cant beat a burger bread pudding and a drink for under $10 with their discounts. But I really wish they improved a little bit on their attention to detail.

This location is normally fantastic but tonight was one of the worsted experiences I ever had at a restaurant. Our server (SHAY) let myslef and 2 friends site outside for 15 minutes without any sign of service. I had to go to the front desk and ask a hostess for service. Our server came out , asked for drink orders and took 10 minors to bring one beer out. You can imagine how the rest of the service went. When time came to pay the bill, she messed up the bill twice and I ended up paying for two peoples meals that werent at our table. I payed triple what my simple chicken quacadilas should have been. Overall I feel this was the most Terrible experience I have ever had at a twin peaks restaurant. I will continue to enjoy these chains but this server put a big negative feeling in my head when thinking of this location.
