If I could put 0 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your time and dont go to this location, it sucks!!!! The service is bad, the servers are horrible and the cooks get your order wrong every single time!!!! Ive gone a total of 5 times to that location during my lunch break and its always the same thing. I ask for an item WITHOUT RAW TOMATO just to find that exact thing! I call back and let the cashier know what happened she tells her manager and the cook, well they replied with "No that has to be wrong there cant be tomato in your item" as Im starring at my food filled with little pieces of RAW TOMATO. The other times they tell me "Sure we can change it at No Cost to you" Well HELLO! Obviously Im not paying for a mistake that I didnt make! Youve got to be kidding me with the type of responses that they give you. On top of that they dont even care about your complaint. They arent going to give me my precious work lunch back. Save your money go to either the Bitters Location or simply go to COSTA PACIFICO where they actually treat, serve you and handle your food with quality!! I will never again go to that location Id rather starve than ever eat there again!

I was there once and I have to come back again soon! Unmissable in SA! First I had molcajete de ceviche mediano: the fish is tender and is cut in small pieces, the juice is not very acid. The serving is a generous appetizer for two. The cup was also very good looking, prepared with attention. The best ceviche I had so far (at a decent price). Then I had molca campechana that is a salad of boiled fish (tilapia, shrimps, octopus): fish is again very tender, tasted very good in a generous portion. The restaurant is bigger than I thought. There was a band playing mariachi, the music was very nice, they spent all the time at another table and they never went to us. On the side hard tortilla de mais with sauces are served. The service is average but I liked the waiter was not pushing for additional orders. Little flaws: I would have had on the menu a description of the serving with the list of ingredients. Also there is no info about the fish: is it all fresh? Where is it coming from? Finally, there is no wi-fi.

Lets just start off with the worst Host I have ever seen in the business. She needs major corrective training for the her job. She used profanity numerous times in front of us, (the customers) to other employees. Too many side conversation or miscommunication between the servers and the host for table availability. It slowed the traffic and made the us feel uncomfortable when the discussion got heated a few times. All this happened while waiting for our seats. Now lets talk about how bad it was walking towards are table which I had to tell a server to move because he was blocking the walk path. He was too caught up watching the soccer game on the Tv then doing his job which was serving customers. The food was not the best. I had better here in our beautiful city of San Antonio. I really dont know if my wife and I would come back.

I visited this place a few months back and had something called the seafood tortilla soup I believe. It contained a crab leg, shrimp, and a mussel- all of which I had to scoop out and peel myself. I do not know if thats normal for this kind of plate, but I wouldnt mind it if the overall soup had more flavor. Another dish I tried was the fish and chips which was bland as well even with the tartar sauce. The service was good and pricing was fair. This place always seems to have a packed house with a line out the door some days so I assumed it would be amazing. My experience said otherwise, though maybe I was a rare exception. I would not go back here again. Best of luck and continued success for you and your customers.

The atmosphere is really great for traditional ethnic Mexican but I prefer their other location. The food is really good and the micheladas are above average but the waiter didnt speak English and when I bought something way overpriced from a roving vendor in the restaurant she didnt have the proper change but said she would get it to me as soon as she got it, well she never came back. The drinks are also a bit overpriced. Now that I am typing this and remembering maybe I should give it two stars? One last thing, if it is super busy you better have a truck because parking can get a little off road. I did review their other location and gave it five stars so maybe I just had a bad experience this time around.

The food is absolutely amazing. We all ordered different kind of ceviche and they were all very tasteful and super fresh. Servings are very generous so make sure you are either starving or planning to share with your party. We all took half of our plate home. The drinks were also very good. The service was great and fast but that could also be because we came on a Monday at 4:00pm. The only con is the bathroom. They are super tiny to accommodate all the people in the restaurant. If you are a single father or a great dad like my husband, be aware as there is no changing table inside the males bathroom. On the side note if you happen to have a sweet tooth there is also a churro, ice cream trailer outside.

Ive heard that this restaurant was a good place to eat seafood, first off you need to invest on a good A/C unit because that place was too hot, I ordered fish, I think it was red snapper or tilapia when I got my food the fillet looked and tasted like it was boiled, Im in the restaurant business myself and believe me when I say that you guys need to learn how to make real mexican seafood, $12 for a 6oz boiled tilapia with rice and lettuce tomato ?? I would give you a 0 stars but it wont let me..I will never go back to that place, I rather eat fried fish at long John silvers than el bucanero, I least their fish have some taste! !!!!
